The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, amazing, and supportive, BUT they do challenge you to do your best. Yes, the first class can be intimidating because of the fear of the unknown, but it truly is a judgment-free zone. This past (almost) year has proved to me that Pilates is for EVERY body. The various classes and private sessions have worked wonders on my low back pain (actually did more than going to physical therapy twice a week).
