There were a number of mechanical issues with our lane (ball return sticking, sweep malfunction, etc.) that staff were quite slow to respond to, which delayed our ability to play continuously and wasted the set time on our prepaid reservation. 1 of the 2 hand dryers in the women's bathroom did not work, one of the toilet stall doors could not shut or lock, and 2/4 of the above-sink lights were out. This location would greatly benefit from more attentive and responsive staff and a thorough update of basic features and necessities.

So we walk in I have my Stanley cup filled with water (I don't drink) and we walked to the front desk and the young lady tells me that I can't have my cup I asked why she said no outside food or drink I said it's water she says they will loose their liquor license because it could be liquor in it! I DONT DRINK! she said they have water at the bar it's $3 for a bottle of water or $5 for a pitcher of water! It PMO!!! so I took my cup back to my truck because my Fri had prepaid for us to bowl for 2 hours! Me being from Ohio they're not like that so it made me mad! But rules are rules! For any essential workers that want to join a league beware. Lost already $66 bucks due to this but it's a lesson learned on my end. Update: was contacted but did not bother to call back. As for league ending which was November 24, 2025 we did not get any certification or final awards I'm use to. Instead there was a blank white sheet for us to write our email and phone numbers to get things emailed to us. Never dealt with this throughout my life of bowling experience.
