We grabbed a frisbee to BUY, but we were still browsing and walking around, not ready to check out. The employee who was following us approached us, pointing at one of our younger siblings, stating we needed to pay for that before we walked out with it. We all looked at him confused, saying we were still browsing as we were in the middle of the store, no where near the entrance or registers. After we said that, our mom got involved, loudly repeating what we had originally said. He quickly walked away from us, head down, trying to avoid what he had just done. Needless to say, we didn't give them our business and you shouldn't either. Patrons don't give 1 star reviews for no reason.

He's in the process of learning as a new glass artist, and showed me some of his work! I scooped a few of his hand made marbles/pearls and a pendie for a souvenir. It was a great experience and a cool space to chill. It was such a great experience that I wanted to go back the next day with my wife! The next day we came in together, and received the same stellar customer service. The owner also showed us more of his work, which included some new techniques he was learning. He showed us a marble that he was learning fuming on, that he didn't have displayed for sale because it wasn't "perfect." Despite this, the color is gorgeous and happened to match wifey's fumed heady. It was "perfectly imperfect," a recurring theme we have been having in our relationship. Immediate chills and scoop! On the way out, there was an e-board demo from @instabenbrown, who invited us to try out the e-boards. We couldn't since we were in a bit of a rush, but the demo was like a kick it session in the sun that we wanted to join! Cooler, beach chairs, ez up and all! We had to go, but the vibe of the place made us want to stay. Despite all the glass being hand worked by the artist in the back, the prices are fair. All the staff and the crew are very friendly and quite knowledgeable, and took their time to talk with us. We felt truly welcomed in this place. They had other things besides glass and the usual smoke shop stuff, like longboards, r/c cars, and clothing. Also probably the only non "broken window smoke shop" in Bear IYKWIM. While they didn't have the one I was looking for, they had another one I was interested in. I asked how much the figure was and was quoted $200.00 (plus shipping). I went ahead and purchased the figure. Unbeknownst to me, they had the figure on their website on sale for $183.99. I called the following day because my debit card payment had not gone through. At that time, I asked them if they would honor the sale price of the figure. I fully expected them to do so, since it seemed like an innocent mistake. Unfortunately, they claimed that several people were interested in the figure at full price and therefore would not sell it for less than $200.00. I'm very disappointed with how they conduct business and treat their customers. I was very excited about the purchase and this left a bad taste in my mouth. Please be wary and check their website before making a purchase over the phone.

We visited next day and found the tree we wanted - they installed it next day. The gift shop has some very lovely items and in the shop Tina was most kind, we bought multiple items. Shawn came out next day with a crew and they planted our tree.
