No greeting, no welcome, no engagement, no smiles - just rude comments because I tried a lot of samples. The wives were not there, who have been super-nice to us in the past. I tried their stingy samples while being insulted for asking for them. (By the way, I normally tip generously because I know how hard it is to run a profitable business.) I wasn't impressed by any of the samples, which seemed bland, but bought one to be nice. The beer slingers still acted like they couldn't care less about us, despite only having a handful of people in there. Never again! They lost us as customers. When your competition brings smiles, and you come across as grumps, it's time to tweak your business model, such as charging for samples, and getting some customer service training. Other places do it. Figure it out!
