They have a huge selection of heath foods and specialty foods for different kinds of diets. They have lots of gluten free products. Lots of products for those following a Paleo diet. They have some products that are Keto but it doesn't look like they carry any strictly marketed Keto products but lots of the sweetener replacements that are allowed on keto they have. They have lots of fresh fruits and grass fed meats. Lots of non meat and non dairy products if you are vegan. A wide variety of supplements and homeopathic medicines if that's something you are into. Besides everything being laid out beautifully in the store, the staff is some of the best staff I have ever come across. I was one of two customers in the store. I asked the owner about the return policy and she stated as long as they're unopened with the receipt they will take them back, so I bought them. After showing the products to my husband he decided against one of them, so I came back in to return it. The owner had a fit as one of the corners of the box (unopened)was dented (very minor) and she said she can't sell it anymore and that she'd throw it away. She refused to give me back the money I paid for it and instead issued an in-store credit. NOT great customer service. The other products that my husband did try unfortunately didn't help.
