So our house had an extension built on by someone's cousin who may have seen a Youtube video on it once, and now we're dealing with a whole slew of issues that need addressing. They have a lot of projects lined up, so they have a bit of a waiting list, but we were able to have our issues inspected and we're getting an estimate soon on the repairs. Absolutely thrilled with the customer service. Darri Washburn has been just a breath of fresh air. She's kept us in the loop throughout everything, taking extra time to explain things that I didn't understand. The invoices sent didn't have any surprise charges on them and have been a fair price.
