I placed an order, via Lowe's on Dallas Hwy, for a small screen (replacement needed for a bedroom window screen) in Oct 2022. After two rescheduled deliver by dates, the company cancelled the order because they no longer offered the screen / frame in the color ordered. The Lowe's manager said this didn't sound right, so he was going to re-order it. He was able to re-order it and somehow, less than two weeks later, the order was cancelled again. I found out when a store associate called me to tell me they were re-ordering it AGAIN and that they would personally call Screens Atlanta to find out why they cancelled the last order. My screen finally arrived at the Lowe's store on May 15, 2023. Seven months people. Seven months to receive one small window screen. And please see photos. The 'plungers' look like rats chewed the openings. The frame's corners are scratched up - looks like someone was careless when assembling it. And yes, I know that no one is going to see these details, but as a consumer, waiting seven months and spending $30 on a screen that already looks a little beat up doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. I would never knowingly order from these folks again.

Initially, everything was great. Setting-up the consultation was easy and their technician showed up when he was scheduled to. Right before he left, he said I should receive a quote on the job sometime towards the end of the following week (it was a Thursday, so that sounded normal). Well, that first week came then went and life got busy. About two and a half weeks after the consultation I called their office to inquire about the quote. Their receptionist/office assistant pulled my file and apologized, but she shared that the quote had not been done. She also shared that her boss probably wouldn't be able to get to the quote until the beginning of the next week, but should have it to me by Tuesday. Well, I called yesterday because I still had not received a quote. I thought maybe they had the wrong e-mail. Nope. A different staff member told me that even though it had been almost 7 weeks since the consultation, no one had bothered or cared to follow-up and complete the quote. Mind you, I was asking to have 17 windows replaced and custom glass work done on a door. It wasn't a small job, but clearly not worth their time.

We also had an erosion problem that was getting worse as time went by . We called Lozano's Concrete and Repair, and they came out immediately and assessed the whole problem, even crawling down into the crawl space to take pictures of the area that was leaking . They graded the whole area away from the house and installed a French drain to properly redirect the water away from the house . They installed a footer along our carport to stop the erosion problem there . They even installed an extra step on an access area ( at no charge) , because I am 72 years of age and they were worried that the Step Up was too high for me . Everyone on the crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They did a beautiful job and the cost was fair . I would recommend Lozano's concrete and repair to anyone needing this kind of work done to their home . Thanks to the whole crew for a job well done !
