Due to the fact that he hates having people on his property, the list of rules he has for this place are incredulous. You will be inundated with fine print and at the end of the day, you will probably be charged some sort of fee because you broke a rule. As the previous reviewer commented, he has no ability to think outside of the rules that he's created and treat people humanely. There are tons of storage options out there. Just look for another place.
