After an exhaustive search in the interior of the province we decided to confer with shops on the coast. We came across A-pro Auto & after seeing so many happy customer views we decided to make an appointment with Levi and he assured me they can remove the carbon debris with a method of blasting the carbon with walnut shells which is what I had been searching for. Important checks, such as measuring the oil level and diagnosing the check engine code, were not performed. A very critical issue causing the oil leak was not identified, but there were notes about minor issues instead. For example, I was advised to replace perfectly functional windshield wipers. In total, the repair estimate was $7,500. The prices were inflated. My car is old and, at best, worth half that amount.
