Kaci is an amazing coordinator -- always listening to the things that were important to us and making it happen, helping us decide on tableware and providing helpful feedback patiently without ever rushing, helped us find a bakery that had the obscure cake flavors we loved, and was so understanding during the death of a loved one that resulted in some last minute planning. She would gently remind us when things were due, make herself available through text, call, or email for various tasks, and did it all with a smile and a great attitude. On the day of our wedding I'm certain there were multiple fires that we never even heard about because she swooped in and dealt with them in real time. The day before our wedding, her connections saved us from a last minute fiasco (all the wine for the wedding was not going to make it in time). Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.
