Kelly and her team are professional life savers. Kelly planned a 75th Birthday Party - 70s theme- late in 2022. It was fantastic and memorable. Our guest still talks about it Kelly is so creative and I did not have to think but just decide. In December, we had a company party. Again it was flawless. She executed the plan and she & her team followed through. Another less stress event for me. I highly recommend her and her team. I included some pictures from the 70s Disco Party.

The setup we did for Mollys event with Kelly. She  truly helped to make sure this was the showpiece as the clients hoped for.

Our company recently had the opportunity to work together with Kelly from your day event planner. We just had to leave a quick review to say what a pleasure it was, she even took the time to come meet us at the venue prior to the event and do a layout site inspection which she did not have to do. On the day of the event and during the event a few situations arose, she handled them like a pro and communicated clearly with us. Communication is the key to a successful event especially when there are several vendors in play. I got married during the peak chaos of the covid-19 pandemic. While all the odds were against us, we refused to postpone our wedding. Kelly made it happen for us. She is a dear friend of my family and this woman is beyond incredible! She knows so much about event planning from baby showers, gender reveals, wedding, birthday and much more. I literally mean it when I say I can not wait for my life to take its next turn in order to have her help plan our next life changing event. We were fortunate to discover Kaci Johnson through a recommended vendor list of a venue we were considering. There are numerous compelling reasons to hire XOXO Weddings as your Wedding Planner/Coordinator. Firstly, Kaci possesses a profound understanding of budgeting, even when we may not! She demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, even when we lack them! She meticulously evaluates all options and scenarios, even when we do not. The Bride and Groom had a short engagement, and we hired Kaci six months prior to the wedding. From the first meeting, we knew her communication style would be a fit for us. Kaci handled our large Wedding seamlessly and with little to no stress to the Bride and Groom. She is communicative, listens to the Bride and Groom's wants, and enlists the vendors to not only crate the vision, but produce the mood they wanted to provide for themselves and their guests! We had many turns and changes in the plan. Kaci handled them seamlessly and had option B and C ready to implement for every scenario! The end result was spectacular! Her vendors were great, and our expectations were more than met, they were blown out of the water! As a final note, our family hosts numerous parties and events. The key to identifying the right person and team is when unforeseen issues arise in the days leading up to the wedding, and your response to the team is, "Kaci, you have full approval on any decision that needs to be made from here on out!" We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

Month of coordinating: I'm super type A and incredibly organized and actually thought I wouldn't need a wedding coordinator or would only need a day of coordinator. I ended up going for month of bc they offered more services and thought, why not? But I am so glad that I did. I emailed and chatted via phone w Kayla and realized I was not as prepared as I thought I would be. Without her, I would've let things fall through the cracks like having an amazing day of schedule, decorations for the wedding, and just random stuff I wouldn't have thought of. I highly recommend hiring her. It's worth it for the peace of mind. Coordinating w vendors: this is when I knew Kayla was just awesome and fabulous. Not only was I personally impressed by her communication and diligence, but my vendors (like The London Hotel in West Hollywood venue, RTG photography and my florist Ben's Flowers) would send me emails complimenting my choice of coordinator and how on top of everything she was. I feel very lucky to have had her as my coordinator. Day of: again, I'm super type A but Kayla and her team got my vision down to perfection. I literally had ZERO worries on the day of the wedding bc everything went according to schedule, music was perfectly on queue, decorations were perfectly set, Kayla took care of all the cleaning and walk through w my venue, and she assured me that everything was going to schedule and plan and it did. Also, bc my family is Armenian, the fact that she was able to remember all their difficult Armenian names and communicate with them helped when it came time for pictures. There's a lot more I can say, but I'll end there. We thought the services amazing and the team incredibly competent for such a competitive price. I shopped around for a lot of coordinators, but this was the most reasonably priced for the most amount of services wo any pressure. I highly recommend!

From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track.
