Beware!! In the middle of a blizzard I made an appointment to have new tires (I already payed for…read moreand had on hand) mounted/balance and that's it. They Called this morning asking if I could leave the car there so they can do it whenever I guess...not on my scheduled appointment. I told John, the manager, no. That we would bring it in and wait. He told me no price. At all. So take the car there they did the tires and then charged hundreds telling my boyfriend (who took the car in) that he told me it was this much on the phone when he called in the morning. Well he was sitting next to me when he called on speaker phone so he knows no price was discussed. So not only is JOHN CAMPLESE a liar but he charged me more than the tires actually cost to install them...while toting "free balance and rotation" as part of the package that we didn't ask for but when John Camplese was told we were upset with the dishonesty and price gauging when we took the risk to get there in a blizzard he then told us we are never welcome back there. I will be back for my free balance and rotation and if he doesn't like it he can talk to his boss cause he is being contacted. Monro owns them btw. Customer service is awful. He called and screamed at my BF...what garbage this place is. As is the manager. So much for the customer being right. Don't go here. We did cause nothing else was open and they took complete advantage.

Scheduled to change 4 tires on my car at 10am. Arrived at 940am the tech stated a hour and a half…read moreto a hour and forty five minutes. Ended up waiting till 1230pm for them to finish. If you have time to burn get your tires done here.

We dropped car off for an oil change. Tech stated it would be about 20 minutes and they'd call over…read morethe PA system our name. Started browsing in the store, finish browsing. No call over the PA (in half hour's time). We make our way back to the automotive service desk and a different tech prints off a sheet that states. "Cancelled: Couldn't get oil cap off". He also stated that previous place we got our oil change at put the cap on too tight and to take it back there. I take them at their word. Get home, test oil cap myself and was able to get it off myself in about 10 seconds time. So now I'm out gas money, time and above all, a damn needed oil change. I will not go back to this place and you shouldn't either if their techs can't properly remove an oil cap. I KNOW oil changes are dead simple. However, not everyone has a garage or necessary tools which is why we pay for others to provide the service. Simply unacceptable. Edit to add: Its impossible to over-tighten these types of oil caps. There are no threads. Additionally, the tech wrote "Car has never been here before". When in fact, that is false also. Evidenced by the fact that our old address was at the top of the service order.

On an 11 hour road trip with 2 more hours to go with my 102 year old mom in the backseat, he definitely was a saving grace!! Great great service! If we lived around here we would be loyal customers for sure!

The oil change light popped on in my car a thousand miles into a road trip. I was on the highway…read moresearching for a place that could do it and found this place on google. We got there really early in the morning and the two guys that were working there were super nice and friendly. I am not a car person and can never remember what I need to do and what kind of oil to use and stuff. They were very helpful in recommending what was best for my car and didn't just try to upsell me to the highest level product like other places I've been to before. Also when we left they wished us well on our trip and gave us a whole bunch of Tootsie Pops :)

Took my wife's car there for the first time. After the tech above ground showed me the oil and…read moreclosed everything up I noticed that the underground service portion was taking a bit longer than normal. Lots of extra drilling. They didn't put the screws on right or stripped them and the plate came off while my wife had over a 4hour car ride. Thankfully she had some tape to tape hold it on (had to do this a few times to get to her destination). Will never visit this location again.
