Very disappointed in Allextremes. Went on the recommendation of a friend to install Bed Rug and Step Bars on a 2021 Ram 1500 truck I had for less than a week. Did a nice job but when I returned home with the truck I discovered a razor knife cut in drivers seat. Contacted the owner immediately. Claimed he would take care of it. I got the run around for a year about Co-vid slowing down shipping the replacement. Finally went to dealer he claimed he ordered the cover from and was told it was never ordered. read more

They went out of their way to accommodate every car accessory need I had! I got the cheapest pricing on a car remote starter, (which I absolutely love not having to get into a cold car in the winter!), and they were very friendly! I've been back for other work - including a new stereo and replacing my old headlights with HID's - which as they said - truly made the difference in how I see at night. Overall I was sold by how friendly they were and how fair their prices were. I price shopped around all season for a remote starter, and most dealerships and dealership associated shops wanted an arm and a leg for a remote starter. It's good to see a shop that specializes in aftermarket installations on cars in northeast Ohio. Their prices are fair but the quality is not there. This shop has been around for a while and I haven't done business here since I was 18. I stopped bringing my cars there because I discovered that their work only looks great on the outside. The inside of their audio installations are very unorganized. They take many short cuts in things as simple as exhaust hangars. A simple tack weld will support the weight of an exhaust but they have not seemed to figure this out. All of these things can be fixed and they are simple tasks in the end. But what really bothers me, their customer service. THE AFTERMARKET AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. this business is a prime example. If you don't know these people on a first name basis, do not expect them to return your calls for something they did wrong. It's been years since I brought my vehicle here. But I keep hearing horror stories from my friends even to this day. Switched to Richmond autobody for my aftermarket needs. Also take my exhausts to Quiet fit muffler in Ashtabula. Any audio or tint needs I take to E and J glass in Ashtabula. read more

I had purchased my tonneau cover from them and decided that I would purchase some vent shades as well since they are a local business. The price was $20 more than I could purchase the parts for so I considered it a good deal to have people who have done it before do it. Asked them if they would install a lift assist I had purchased a while ago and hadn't had the time to install. The agreed to for $20.00. I was happy with the work and drove home. I didn't use my car until later that evening and noticed that the tail light on the drivers side was hanging out of its place. Looking closer it appears that it was hit from the side closest to the tailgate (you can see the chip missing) and the part that screws in were snapped off. I called the shop to discuss this and was told adamantly that they didn't do it. The person I talked to even told me that she specifically watched them work on my truck and she made sure they didn't break it. So my taillight suddenly just decided to commit suicide and break itself in the 3 mile trip from their shop to my home. I am not saying don't get work done there. I am saying look at what they do because it is going to cost me $44 to fix what they "didn't do". I firmly believe they broke it and don't want to own up. I can deal with accidents and would have probably asked to split the cost. At this point, I say don't use them because by lying to me they are dishonest and I can't trust them in the future. read more

I had a remote start installed here. I had 3 yrs of my car not starting if I didn't drive it for 3 days, I also installed a new battery in a year old car. I HAD THE REMOTE REMOVED NO PROBLEMS EVEN IN 17 BELOW WEATHER OR SITTING FOR 10 DAYS. The owner would not even talk to us had his sister do all his lying. I even called the manufacture they told me to have him call them they would help him trouble shoot the problem.
