My sister's recommendation to Dr. Natoli changed my life! I am a person who has suffered a lot of pain due to the condition of my teeth, both emotional and physical. My childhood dentist commented to my mother (in front of me) that I have the worst teeth he had ever seen. I was scarred from that comment. The orthodontist I went to said I couldn't get braces because my teeth were too fragile. I had quite an overbite. He suggested breaking my jaw to align my teeth. We declined. I also have an enamel deficiency that makes my teeth appear spotted with a yellow brownish color. Also, at a young age my front tooth cracked and had to be bonded. Needless to say kids can be unkind, so the emotional pain set in. As an adult, I began to experience pain in my cracked tooth. After several root canals, I was told my front tooth had to be removed. When I cried after hearing the news, I was made to feel ridiculous. This is when my sister recommended her dentist, Dr Natoil. Following her recommendation was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Natoli replaced my lost tooth with an implant and placed porcelain caps on my top eight teeth, which reduced my overbite significantly. This was an extremely emotional experience for me. Dr. Natoli and his staff Meredith and Jen, were so compassionate as I pretty much cried through the whole process due to people seeing me in a vulnerable situation. They were constantly asking me if I was in pain. I told them I couldn't help it, I wasn't crying because of the work they were doing. They were as gentle as they could be, always checking in with me. There was a time during the process when I needed to be seen when the office was closed. Dr. Natoli opened the office and came in on his day off. I began seeing Dr. Natoli a few years ago when I developed an abscess and bad infection in my mouth. Dr. Cavallaro, my primary doctor, was able to reach Natoli, and he saw me immediately. I was immediately impressed with the office, the staff, and Dr.Natoli. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, everything was explained thoroughly and every question I had was answered. I didn't need to wait weeks for my next appointment , and they accommodated my schedule. Old style doctor who truly takes time with you, cares about you, and is an excellent dentist. The kind of doctor that calls you at night to see how you are feeling! Not to many of those around today! I was having a lot of teeth and gum pain for many years. In addition, I hated the look of my teeth, and I never smiled because of it. I should have gotten braces when I was a kid, but my parents could not afford it. Here I am at 50 years old, with a lot of teeth and gum problems due to years of grinding and aging, but Dr. Natoli changed all of this. I had two root canals and crowns placed on 10 of my front teeth. I never knew I could enjoy eating without pain, and I have never smiled so much in my life! I can not say enough great things about Dr Natoli and his entire staff! I've always been met with a smile and warm welcome. I have had 2 life changing events happen to me in the last 12 years. on July 3,2010 We lost our oldest son Timothy who was 24 and a police officer. The last 2 years and 7 months were very difficult. The Beautiful, kind and sweet Jen handled all of the issues with my workman's comp. I was bitten by a cat in 2001 and had 5 hand surgeries. Those surgeries led to severe nerve damage called RSD. That nerve damage spread through my entire body causing problems with organs, bones and my teeth. I was sent to Dr. Natoli by my Oral Surgeon Dr.Burke in 2019. Although it took time due to the insurance company, every one was so patient. You all make me feel like family. Today I was given my smile back! I had such a great experience at Natoli Dental. As a mom, bringing my 8-month-old son Atlas to an appointment was definitely stressful, but everyone in the office went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.
