Outstanding! Magnificent staff moved heaven and earth to get me a root canal and crown within 3 days of my initial exam, and the tech, hygienist, and Dr. Ham were pleasant, professional, and absolutely expert. All I had was novocain yet I dozed off in the chair *while she was doing the root canal!* In and out the door, complete, in 3 hours. Facilities are modern and spotless. Sherry was absolutely AMAZING! I was stunned at how well she cleaned my teeth. I had been a client at literally the WORST dental clinical ever for four years in Arlington, Virginia, (Apex Dental on Lee Hwy.) and I had a lot built-up trauma because of it. Sherry was so gentle and actually cleaned my teeth like they haven't been cleaned in SO long! I thought there was something genetically wrong with me for so long, but really, I just went to a terrible dental clinic. Thank you, Sherry, for making my smile sparkle again! Ham, Caldwell Slyman, and their terrific pain-fee professionals. I have been a patient of this practice for several years, and I have never once been unpleased with the services this team provides. CHILDREN SCARED OF THE DENTIST: Dr. Ham has probably the only dental practice where a beautiful golden retriever, also known as a therapy dog. Very very unprofessional!! I told the lady the day I left the office I did not want to schedule an appointment at that time! Two different times in the last two month's appointments were scheduled and when I tried getting ahold of the staff over the phone no answer! I left five voicemails and the staff once calling back finally the day of the appointments tell me that they never got my calls??? The front staff were very very rude!!! I do not recommend! I was recommended to this dentist by a friend. I didn't have a problem with the dentist upon first meeting however I scheduled two appointments (over $700) afterwards. One of the two appointments fell on a holiday where my child's school was closed so I called to reschedule (1 week notice). The receptionist Tia was so very rude. So I opted to cancel the appointments. I was still receiving text about the appointments after cancelling, so the office called me. Megan called me back and was a doll so I was going to reschedule the appointments. I was in the middle of dropping kids off at school so I let her know I would call back as soon as I was done. I did and the rude receptionist answered I asked to talk to Megan who was a doll and she very rudely said she could help me and that Megan was busy I planned on patiently waiting as long as I needed to talk to the other receptionist. She asked why I wanted to talk to her so I let her know. Megan did call back a few minutes later and was still professional and polite. Seems like her co-worker should take some notes. If you're interested in clear communication, & not being insulted about your intelligence I would suggest taking your business else where. read more

This place infected my wifes mouth with dirty tools in my opinion. Do not risk the infection. They are rude and will blame everything on their client. I've had to come back for some issue or another after almost every appointment. The ladies there acused my wife of rude unprofessional things that should never be said to a client. I am of course no doctor and this may all be a coincidence but I would not risk it. Ohh if you leave a bad review the manager will call and threaten to sue you. So there is that. read more

This dental office isn't what my family expected. The dentist wouldn't stop and speak to my wife and answer her questions. The dentist kept pushing her off onto the assistant hygienist. Very unprofessional in my opinion. My son was then seen by the same dentist and low and behold he now has 7 cavities since his last check up with Doctor Deeds 7 months before. I don't by it, won't be going back to the place. The bill would have been over 1000.00 dollars. I think I'll try look elsewhere Took My son back to Doctor Deeds at 101 Dental months after this appointment above. Amazingly he only has one cavity. So I was right. Now doctor Deeds doesn't use our insurance so I paid out of pocket. TRUST ME THIS PLACE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY. I'm reporting them to the insurance company. 10/14/19 read more

I don't mind going to the dentist unless it was that one time when I had a cavity... anyway, this was my first visit to Tiny Town. Making the appointment was easy and the receptionist was friendly. I didn't know how quickly I could get in and was surprised that I didn't have to wait weeks before they could do my cleaning. I went in about 15 minutes before my 8 am appointment on Monday Nov 30. The office is clean, bright and welcoming- one of the nicer ones I've been to. I didn't have to wait long before the hygienist greeted me and took me back for my cleaning. There was a child next to me so they had the tv on Mickey Mouse's Playhouse to help distract the child which is a good call b/c he wasn't happy to be there. Once he left, the hygienist was quick to change the tv to Good Morning America- bless her! She was thorough and I felt like I had actually had a cleaning- I HATE going for a cleaning and leaving feeling like I could have just stayed home. The dentist stopped by, informed that I had no cavities, and applied some fluoride. I will return! read more

This was a terrible experience. I went in for a cleaning and they did not do it. I've been to a dentist for years on schedule and am only a couple months late since I moved from MO. They gave me an potential invoice for $3,500 for nothing I asked for and am highly suspicious of even having problems. When I tried to submit to them a request for the cleaning I initially asked for they refused. I guess the capitalist system will work against them in this case. My money and my family's dentist needs will be going elsewhere. read more

Wonderful staff; however, lacking in being informative during my procedure. A lady came in to give me anesthesia and didn't even introduce herself. I thought she was the dentist and come to find out she a dental hygienist with anesthesia license. I didn't find that out until I began to ask questions. Then when the dentist came in she didn't introduce herself either. Instead of them explaining to me what was being done, I had to keep asking. That's the only thing I didn't like. We have been going here for over 2 years now. My only recommendation would be for them to be more informative and at least introduce yourself to your patients. read more

This is a wonderful dental clinic, they always are so friendly and my hygienist that I see normally has a lovely personality that makes you feel your surrounded by friends not at a dentist office! They even have tv's and let you control the remote if you want to watch something else while your being cleaned! Love how they have he clinic set up, feels like individual booths so you don't feel like the entire office is watching you with your mouth wide open! Love it here! read more

Let me start off by saying I actually liked it here. Everyone was super nice. They did get a little snotty over the phone sometimes but you can look past stuff like that. My only problem with the office is instead of fixing issues they would rather tell u not to come back. I was in pain and did not agree with a treatment from the doctor. Of course people are not always going to agree with each other. Instead of trying to see what we could do differently, or calling to see how I was feeling afterwards I get a letter saying she will no longer see me and I needed to find treatment else where. Too bad I actually liked you all. They called the other day saying you have a balance I said ok the little snotty office manager says are you even planning on paying it I said eventually. As a child, I remember going to the dentist with the most anxiety one could have at a young age. For those in my age group, I am certain you can remember the drills with no water, motors that were belt-driven and the shots were some of the worst. Well, thank goodness those days are over and the dentists now have the most modern equipment possible. And, the same goes with Tiny Town Dental and Dr. Ham. Going to visit this team of professionals and Dr. Ham is now a pleasure because our family knows there is no pain, no anxiety and the staff is absolutely awesome with those who have the fear. My wife came here for a teeth cleaning. She was in no pain whatsoever. They ended up telling her after the cleaning and x-rays that she needed a root canal and a total $4,300 worth of dental work done. She went to another dentist for a second opinion and needed 3 fillings. Which cost us a total of $130 out of pocket. Compared to the $3,000 out of pocket I would have had to pay here. Very shady, to say the least. read more
