Since their reopening, I have been impressed with how they are keeping patients safe within new guidelines due to the Covid-19 pandemic. On my first visit, every staff member was wearing masks and every patient had temperatures taken upon checking in. There is a form regarding your symptoms and any exposure to Covid-19 which you must initial and sign. It's all new and handled well, IMO. It's an interesting story how I came upon Renew since I live in a different area of Clarksville. Basically, my hygienist is the best! Gina has helped me with my teeth health for most of the last decade since moving here; and, when she left my previous dental office (and I got pregnant), I ended up going elsewhere when I had an emergency. Yup. Pregnancy resulted in a beautiful healthy baby at the expense of a lost tooth! I'm okay with that! Lol. Anyway, I am elated to be back in her chair for my cleanings and maintenance! I will be saddened when she decides to retire in the future. From a friendly greeting and smile at the check in counter to being walked out to the front after each visit, I feel genuinely cared for. The dental assistants are sweet and skilled. The whole office is nicely decorated and up-to-date! If you're not comfortable with or happy going to the dentist (like me), then give Dr. Gray and her staff a chance to change how you feel - or, at the least, they offer sedation and have massaging dental chairs! Peachers mill dentistry in my opinion took my money which I arranged in good faith with and did not give me the quality product that I was promised and would not offer a refund of my money for failing to provide a product that would stand up to pressures of daily use. I would like to tell others that they seem to be under qualified for services being offered. They also sent me a letter terminating my relationship with me as they could not fix the issues I had with them. They did not complete the treatment plan as they described to me. I truly hope that no others have to experience the particular situation that I did. I will not recommend them to anyone as they did fulfill their obligations in my opinion.

When children become adults they could choose to go somewhere else especially if another place is closer. She chose to keep with Richview. Look, I am well aware going to the dentist it's not something people want to do. If you have a problem more than likely you're going to experience some discomfort. Richview Family Denistry does everything they can to make your visit pleasant. They do that by making their surroundings aesthetic. Their staff is courteous attentive. If you have a question ask anyone. They will be more than likely able to answer it to whatever detail you want them to go into. If not, Dr. Wall or Dr. Biggs are more than happy to put you at ease. We absolutely consider them all family. Why not, we have gone to them for almost 14 years since coming to Clarksville. I don't know how anybody could not be completely satisfied coming here. I have never had any questions or problems with payments, notifications for appointments, or with patient care. I felt it was absolutely necessary to let people in Clarksville know where they can go for a great family dentistry. I have a story to share so it you don't have time I'll leave a TLDR at the end. Lets start with my…read moreteeth; for most of my life my teeth were crooked as hell, and having less then wealthy parents I didn't get braces until recently as an adult. Went through 2 years of mild torture to finally have them off, and have a normal adult mouth of teeth. Although I had success with my braces an unforeseen complication had arose, I never learned to brush straight teeth before, thus leading to a poor at home preventative practice. My teeth cleanings at my previous dentist took a turn for the worst as super painful, and unfinished work came from my appointments. Getting desperate to have a full, and useful appointment I found Clarksville smiles with their Sedation Therapy. Together with local numbing, and nitrous oxide I was finally able to have a pain-free, Completely Thorough, full cleaning, and testing done. Does it cost more for these "extra" services? Yes. Was it worth it to pay? Overwhelmingly yes. Without the local numbing and NO2 I would probably have not been able to get a full treatment, and would have considered not returning to a dentist. I am grateful for this office and their services, and I know I will be returning in the future. TLDR: Bad experience at previous dentist, Got local numbing and NO2, Was worth the extra money.

The staff had previously told us that our insurance would cover 80% of the payment, leaving us with a 20% copay. Surprisingly, when we spoke with our insurance company, they informed us that they had billed them $400, and we were required to pay $300 upfront on the day of my son's appointment. Ridiculous! It seems that this clinic prioritizes money and numbers over providing accurate information. Be careful and do not believe whatever they say! Make sure to call your insurance to make sure they have a network.
