She had a huge attitude to me and my mom, making us feel dumb for our lack of knowledge. we tried asking genuine questions that she answered very curtly and short, saying things like "Don't even bother going to other places, they won't do anything, sweetie," and when asked how long it may be "It'll depend on their workload." I am fine with the fact that I may have to wait and get a new ring that fits, but her attitude really soured the experience. On top of that, she pulled her mask down on multiple occasions, speaking very loudly as if that would make us educated. Normally, that place is very nice, but she was just so rude.
