Joshua was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. He removed the links from my watch, sizing it perfectly on the first try. Joshua and I discussed mechanical watches, proper watch maintenance and even the challenges of operating a small business. The lady behind the counter said she didn't know why she couldn't find them. Then she found one them. I told her I'll pick that one up she said I couldn't. I asked why and she couldn't give me a definitive answer. She said she would check with the owner and get back with me. I never heard from her. They are stealing valuable time pieces from people. Reporting to BBB doesn't do anything. They will not let me pay for my watches. Don't let these guys repair anything of value. They're a business of thieves.
