This is March of 2026 as of today this business have not returned my watches that was in for…read morerepair. When I stopped in to pick them up, they couldn't find them. The lady behind the counter said she didn't know why she couldn't find them. Then she found one them. I told her I'll pick that one up she said I couldn't. I asked why and she couldn't give me a definitive answer. She said she would check with the owner and get back with me. I never heard from her. They are stealing valuable time pieces from people. Reporting to BBB doesn't do anything. They will not let me pay for my watches. Don't let these guys repair anything of value. They're a business of thieves. Shame on this business may it be cursed by the Universe for bad business practice.

I am fine with the fact that I may have to wait and get a new ring that fits, but her attitude really soured the experience.
