These instructors seem to have a true passion for what they do and will take the time to ensure that you are comfortable with not only handling a firearm, but also that you are knowledgeable about the legal aspects of owning one. They also offer private lessons and various skills classes including cleaning the firearm, tactical, basic shooting, etc. The range location that I attended was in Concord and it is an outdoor set-up. The set-up is very basic, but more important is the hands-on instruction that is provided. Even though I brought my own firearm on both occasions that I have gone, they offered to give me a brief rundown of the mechanics of my gun. During my actual range time they were helpful in providing tips to improve my accuracy and for handling the firearm. I certainly look forward to setting up a small group for private lessons here in the near future.

This wasn't an issue for me; I brought my own guns. The staff were excellent - a young gentleman and a lovely young woman were working on the Sunday afternoon I visited. Both staff members could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Everyone had a great attitude, which was incredibly refreshing. I felt extremely safe. I hope this review doesn't attract the typical losers I've met at other rangers near CLT. Fellow range users were very friendly and showed an interest in getting to know me. For example, California redacts certain information (ie. birthdate). Due to this, any background checks come delayed because California requires manual checks. This range will make you wait far past the legal limits and brady law. 20-30 days is asinine. There are plenty of other ranges and gun shops around that do not play games like that. The actual range itself is nice and targets are a good size. I might come here to shoot every once in a while when Eagles isn't an option, but as for anything else; I suggest going elsewhere.
