Craig Tinder helped me and my husband with our first home purchase, which is an exciting and stressful process during normal times; but add in the insane housing market and bidding wars caused by the pandemic, and I was also heavily pregnant and due any minute, you could imagine our stress level and anxiety was through the roof. Craig was very patient, reassuring and really listened to our needs as first-time homebuyers throughout the whole journey. I had my doubts if we would be able to find a suitable home before I went into labor.  At one point we were desperate enough to put down an offer on ANY house, even if it was a shack with a tin roof. We appreciate how Craig persisted and guided us to a great home that we ended up very happy with. It was a miracle we actually closed a week before I went into labor.
