As a renter, In Business Real Estate is the worst. For 3 years, he never - never - responded to problems. The only communication was every month to say rent wasn't received, yet every month for more than a year, Frank would have his office call to say there was no rent. Fortunately, each month, they already deposited the rent which was ALWAYS sent early. Frank showed up to the rental late in the evening pounding on the door and yelling until the neighbor came out and called the police. read more
