The instructors are all wonderful, and very astute about dealing with people of different skill levels, learning styles and physicality (I have bum knees, & even when they're acting up I have a great time learning steps, etc (Roberto is particularly great at working around problems) If you're as clumsy as I am you'll probably be surprised at how fast they are at getting you comfortable on the dance floor. It's a very pleasant environment, & there are regular opportunities to try it out with no obligation, open houses, community classes, etc. Anyone in the area, singles or couples, would be very comfortable stopping it at one of these (I was given a gift certificate for some private lessons. & was hooked ) Highly suggest if you're in area giving this a try on a Monday night.

I'm greeted the minute I walk in the door. No matter who's there they recognize you and greet their customer, it's clean, it's friendly, well equipped, and the staff and the owner Garry are so supportive. I feel like family when I arrive. You can't make a mistake if you're serious about maintaining your health this is the place to go, especially when you need one on one training they are exceptionally Knowledgeable on what it is that you're trying to accomplish. Also, if you already know what you're doing, and you have your routine down plenty of machines lots of courtesy from other customers and get your workout done without rushing or any interference. And by the way, if you book a massage, that's where there is another expert who really is well talented, up to the date of the latest techniques and you walk out there feeling like a million. Go there.
