When it was Jerrys, you would drive into the end of the tunnel and they would scan your sticker and do a prewash. Now you have to pull up to a gate that never works and hope someone comes out within five minutes. Their new equipment never does a good job and the car is still wet after the dryer. Jerrys always had someone to dry your vehicle and make sure it looked right. Word of mouth is pretty bad about this wash anymore. Most are not happy with the changes. There are too many other car wash locations nowadays, owned by people who care, to keep going to this chain of washes. I cancelled.

We were then told gift cards weren't an option and told to call customer service of which, was closed for the day. Ironically there's no local number. I am told headquarters doesn't deal with the general manager of any location so there's no accountability.
