I visited this salon hoping for a relaxing experience, but it was disappointing! The staff didn't seem very welcoming when I arrived. I had to wait almost 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. The stylist didn't really listen to what I wanted for my haircut. The result was uneven and not at all what I asked for! The tools didn't look very clean, which made me uncomfortable. When I mentioned my concerns, they didn't apologize properly. For the price they charge, I expected much better service. Sadly, I won't be coming back here again. read more

Issa gives a good cut but at $95 I can't afford this every few weeks. Had it been at what other salons are charging I would have gone back.

I went here today for the first time, and I couldn't be happier. Beth was very thorough, showed me all of the color swatches and made sure we agreed on the right color. She was very friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable, offering me coffee or water, etc. I got a very vivid red color, and she made sure she cleaned up all the dye on my hairline, and she gave me some tips for making the color last longer. The color is gorgeous, and the charge for a single-process and blowout was only $75, which is less than I'm used to paying. I'm definitely going back to Beth when it's time for a touch-up! read more

A top notch Salon that offers spectacular service whether you just walk in or have an appointment. The owner and staff did an amazing job on my mother, daughter and I. They care about the customer and not rushing to take in the next client. We were all satisfied with our hair and make up. They are pricey but worth the cost. My only complaint...they are a cash only salon. If credit cards were accepted I feel they would increase there clientele starting with me and my company of ladies. read more

It was so refreshing to go to a salon where the stylist (Shannon) was friendly but not nosy, did a great job, and didn't charge outrageous prices. I went to get a baylage by Ally and had never colored my hair before and was super nervous. She was so sincere and went for a subtle blonde. I loved it but after 2 weeks decided I wanted to go for something more. I saw Emilia and she was the sweetest thing and did a gorgeous job taking my blonde baylage to a more drastic ombre and blended it so perfectly. i've been bouncing from salon to salon for about a year looking for a place, i've gone to a lot of different salons in mercer county, some twice, but was still looking for a place that i left feeling happy without feeling like i couldn't eat lunch for the next three days because of what i just spent. i read some good reviews about issalon and decided to give it a try this morning and think i've finally found "my place!" i got there 15 minutes early for my appointment and ally took me almost immediately. i was scheduled for full highlights and am usually a little anxious in a new place but she was awesome, friendly, and so relaxed. i never worried for a second because she clearly knew what she was doing. i have trouble making decisions and a lot of salons will just sit and not give me feedback, but ally was so sincere and i really valued her input, which ended up spot on. she wasn't pushy and didn't try to convince me to buy anything or get services i didn't need or ask for just to jack the bill up, just made suggestions that were so appreciated. she was honest and gives great advice! i paid literally half as much as i have been paying in other salons, but left twice as happy, i will definitely be back :) kerry read more

I followed my stylist here from another salon. The space and prices are above-average for the area. What I like most about this place is that they don't over-book the appointments. I hate places which double and triple book appointments. There is no idle waiting here. You get in, and out. I never have a problem booking an appointment, all the staff are friendly and nice.
