The kids got pizza and the most fun two hours ever! They were so exhausted when the party was over I will be doing this next year too. I want to also add that somehow the staff got twenty one children to all listen and follow directions. So, I would say they're expert at parties and if you're looking for somewhere to have a birthday or Anything else, this place is awesome.

My daughter was injured in gym class and had fractured her finger and this guy feels it's his right to keep my deposit money from birthday party AS well as tuition that my daughter was not present for!! After several phone calls, the office manager finally found it appropriate to let me know the owner's intentions on keeping the deposit money as well as to continue to charge me tuition (even though we didn't have a clearance date from the doctor!) Weeks later, I now have a clearance date and my daughter can return to gymnastics, but now nobody wants to return my phone calls OR my tuition money for November and December! I took it upon myself to STOP anymore withdrawals from this facility. I am owed money and even with all of this, we were willing to come back because my daughter likes her teachers there! I called again and of course left a message as nobody really ever answers the phone. I have yet to hear back from them! I am assuming that they kicked us out, since they haven't replied back?!! Reason for my post is: think twice before walking into their doors, cuz if your child gets a great teacher, it really isn't worth the hassle of working with such a classless owner. BUT again, the gymnastics coaches here are sweet. If any of them read this, feel free to call me to set up private lessons!!

The same with trampoline, a fun approach to teach discipline, strength and confidence. My kids love being here and always leave confident and feeling loved. Because trampolines can be dangerous if not used appropriately the coaches will correct and redirect kids to use the equipment safely. Other reviews cite coaches being stern, however, this environment is so safe (and it needs to be to prevent injury) and I feel very comfortable and confident that my kids are being trained safely and properly. Safety is a huge component of their program.

The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm--completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement. All the children run through the hallway--ours was no different--but instead of addressing it with the parents, the owner went straight to the child in a confrontational and unacceptable manner. We have never been treated this way at any children's activity before. If you can't handle working with kids respectfully and calmly, you shouldn't be running a business for them. I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their child's safety and emotional well-being.

As our guests arrived, the previous party's guests were departing causing a huge commotion and confusion with our guests both being present crossing paths in the lobby. The table for the presents still had the previous child's name on it, as well as food being left out from the other party. It was a mess. In addition, the air conditioning was broken, so it was unbearably hot. All of my guests were verbally complaining and I was so embarrassed. When I complained about it, the girls behind the counter were unsympathetic, and referred me to call someone named Dawn to express my complaints. So, I called Dawn on the next business day. She made an excuse about the air conditioner and then told me she needed the "check the camera" about the food being left out. She claims they have been doing parties for years and no one has ever complained about the transition between parties. She promised me a call back in a few days. Unfortunately, a week went by without a call back, so I followed up with her by leaving a message. I never heard back from her. Ever. To make matters worse, my daughter begged me to have her party here. So, while I was in the midst of complaining with Dawn about my son's debacle, I booked my daughter's 7th birthday here (I tried everything I could to convince my daughter against it, but she is adorable and I love her, so I caved). Her party was yesterday. The pizza was 30 minutes late. The staff broke the candle that we brought (it was one of the giant number 7 candles). They didn't have enough juice boxes. And the overall experience was poor. I will say there was one positive thing this time, and it was an employee, Sarah. No matter what kept going wrong, Sarah was apologetic and attempted to find a solution. I really appreciated her sympathy and work ethic. The other staff could've cared less. I mean, they were okay with the kids during the party itself, but weren't equipped to handle any issues. Sarah was nice and I thank her for that. However, I WILL NOT ever have a party here again. The customer service at this facility is virtually non-existent, as well as from the upper management since I never received an apology or even a call back. Do NOT have your party here.

I booked my daughter's 5th birthday party here after seeing a Groupon for it.. the price was right,…read moreso I hopped on it. It included an hour of really fun gymnastics activities, including a ZIP LINE that the kids got a kick out of, then 30 minutes for pizza and cake. We had to provide everything from decorations, utensils, food, beverages, and favors.. but I prefer it that way, because you can find a way to keep costs down.. Got there 15 minutes prior to and was greeted by Allison, who immediately connected me with two young ladies (forgive me, if I don't write names down, some fall to the wayside) who were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the entire event! They helped me set up. Once enough children were there, they took them into the activities area for a ton of fun. I've had my baby girl's party at many a different venue and I have to say, this one was the most fun! Even the adults had fun, bouncing on the trampoline. LOL. Everyone was highly entertained and constantly engaged. The only thing is a number of guests (including the birthday girl--who had a meltdown because of it), were burned on the slide. A disclaimer would've been super helpful in that area! We only had 30 minutes for the pizza and cake portion and it seemed a little rushed, but I understand business is business. We got through everything because the girls were really on point and actually reminded me of a few things (giving out favors) that I would have forgotten! It's hard to stay focused when you about 30 kids and parents to host. After it was over, I was so grateful that these young ladies helped us wrap everything and load our car.. WOW! You don't know how much they helped out so wonderfully. I would recommend anyone having their kid's party here!!

A hidden gem in Cherry Hill off of Route 70 & Frontage Road…read more My friend rented the private party room for her daughter's 9th birthday, which oversaw the whole awesome gym below. (she had pizza delivered plus had 'snicky snacks' of fresh fruit, Doritos, Goldfish crackers & Hershey Kisses on hand). There was a ton a great equipment (foam block pit, Bounce House, trampolines, etc) for the kids to enjoy - especially the zip line and one largest trampoline, where the kids took turns being strapped in and hoisted way up high (all the way up to the specatating parents in the party room - so cool!). The young employees were really fun, energetic and into their jobs. They were totally on top of giving equipment instructions, safety and keeping lines in order. I was impressed. They also were mindful of the party's timeframe and well organized. My guys are teetering on being "too old" (12 1/2 & pushing 14!) for this great facility but had fun anyway. I'd highly reccommend 'Gynnastics & Cheerleading Academy' for kids from ages 5 - 11. Great and memorable party. (They have summer camp as well).
