People in the pro shop are very helpful, golf course is an excellent value, driving range prices are reasonable as well.

Visited the area and came across this gem. Forgiving fairways, greens were in great shape new range and great price for the season.

Muni track in marginal shape. Driving range pretty chewed up...wide open, easy; unfortunately not much golf etiquette seen. Decent pro shop.

Poor condition due to closing soon for major remodel. Tee boxes are mostly dirt and greens have lots of weeds and blight. Very open design with few trees. Not a bad layout and I will come back when it reopens. read more

Nice, friendly eighteen hole golf course. It does get busy so it helps to have a tee time but its not required. The starter may pair you up if you arrive with less than a four-some. The course is located off the main highway so is easy to find and has had plenty of parking. The course is pretty well maintained and has plenty of challenge from water hazards on sides and occasionally crossing the course. Course allows walking and golf cart use. read more

I moved here 4 years ago and have played a number of courses in the area! By far my favorite is Crane Creek Golf Course! I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. This course is priced right, and it's absolutely gorgeous. The greens are really nice, and it's a very competitive course for the skill level of an average to good golfer! My Wife also enjoys this course, and we frequent it quite often. The greens are in extremely good condition and it is challenging enough for moderate to good golfers! I love Crane Creek! Been golfing here multiple times a week for 4 years. I love the cheap golf and forgiving course. however, several times in the past I have called up the course in the morning, and was told i would not need a t time. upon arrival i find they are booked all morning. not all but a few of the employees there are quite rude. it seems communication is poor there. Good rates compared to other golf courses. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. They are quite busy at times so it's best to call beforehand to ensure they are not booked. The grounds are kept well, all in all a different peasant experience to get away! read more

The course is nice however, because it is a municipal course you have to dodge the occasional jerk. We were verbally assaulted by a random old guy with a thick NY accent who was apparently in a hurry. Because of that, we will not go back. This pos obviously does not know etiquette much less how to speak to people. What he should have gotten was a driver wrapped around his head. Greens are slow and bumpy. The course is really over played. It needs a lot of work. Bar has no bloody Mary's because they can only sell beer. The workers were very nice. Hope the city puts more into fixing it up, it is an older course which gives it some character. read more

Such nice people! Great course to play. I was vacationing in the area. Got home to Arkansas and realized I had left my watch. I called the course and they mailed it to my home. I'm so conflicted here, the course has so much potential. I absolutely love the back nine design. The use of grassy areas to frame holes is very cool. It's very short so it would be great if they grew the rough out but I get that their clientele is elderly hackers. The biggest problem was the greens, they were very slow and not well kept. It made scoring very hard (in a frustrating way not a challenging one) As I write this im changing my star rating to 4 to encourage more play which hopefully will increase revenue and allow them to spend money on the greens. This isn't an amazing golf course but it's not bad either. It has some good water challenges but it's also very compact. It's very open, and if you don't have a perfectly straight hit, you'll end up on another fairway. Overall it's a fun course, especially for the price. Not happy! Course was fun but don't bring a passenger. My wife doesn't play and we were with some friends and went to play in the afternoon not busy people playing single , twosomes all over the course. They charged $20 for her to ride with me,bull. Said if she didn't ride they would put someone with me. I could justify paying $5 not $20. read more

My husband and I recently visited this course for a round of golf, and the restrooms were extremely dirty! My husband said the mens was dirty , and the women's was terrible, and obviously had not been cleaned since who knows when. I was surprised because the golf courses we visit during our travels are kept very clean. I would suggest they clean their restrooms on a daily basis for sanitary reasons, but, other than that, no complaints! read more
