They used Hawaiian Crane and Rigging to move the equipment to and from the brush 100 feet below my house. Hawaiian Crane and Rigging brought in one of their 300 ton cranes, and their driver maneuvered the large crane into our tiny cul de sac. The crane operator lifted the equipment over my house and placed everything right on the designated spot, and he did this for 4+ hours! I had nothing to worry about. These guy are pros!! Unfortunately my driveway got a little damaged, but they were quick to make things right. I was impressed by everyone's professionalism! These guys are awesome! Then hung up on me! What the heck? I called back confused why someone would hang up. The guy from Affordable tow told me to call someone else and hung up on me again! Who does that?! No wonder why they have such bad reviews. Enough bad reviews and experience, no one will use them. Yes! Call someone else! I did, and they are coming in 30 mins, gave me a nice quote and good customer service. Affordable Towing is the rudest company ever! just look at the reviews. UPDATE: When the other tow company picked up my car today, I told him about the rude experience I had with "another tow company". He asked "was it Affordable Towing?". I said "YES! how did you know?" He said "they have a bad reputation and just like that. Maybe they are just so tired and reach a point they just don't care anymore".

I forget the movers names but they were both prompt, handled my items delicately with care, didn't take their sweet time they worked very very hard, disassembled and reassembled a near 50 year old antique silik hutch that I have inherited , they moved everything exactly where it needed to be in my new place, were very polite and respectful and did not damage anything or steal at all. I've dealt with another moving company in the past where I suspected some jewelry went missing. They are the quickest at responses, very reasonable pricing, flexible with their schedules, all in all I am very satisfied and have asked them to move another thing for me as well. 10/10 recommend. Do not use this company!!! The packers were horrible. They said they would pack and move in one…read moreday. They didn't show up until 10AM. They took a two hour lunch (that I paid for) from 12 till 2. They didn't finish until 10PM and that was only because my wife and I ended up packing 30 percent of the house ourselves. They didn't bring enough packing materials and I had to go to Home Depot and spend a hundred dollars to buy more material. They did an awful job of packing such that almost every box was crushed when we received it. They ruined a $5,000 rug and you can hear broken glass in countless boxes. Lastly, there was no accounting on delivery. A guy with a beat up trailer just showed up and unloaded as quickly as possible. We asked him for some accounting and all he said was "this is all I got." We suspect we are missing a substantial amount of our shipment. A word to the wise... use a different company.
