The owner and his assistant helped move our sofa sleeper. They scratched our living floors badly were you can see all the marks. They pretty much told us you have older floors and I won't charge you for messing up your floors. We don't have any planks to replace the floors since we bought the place like with these floors. We called the people who we bought the sofa sleeper from and they said they will refund us the deliver. Wow just like that they both don't care. I told him what would you think if someone came into your house and told you that your house is older and btw sorry for arching your floors but it was from the cardboard box it's just a stain. You can clean it. So wrong I would never recommend them. Oh the employee was much better that the move than the owner I was there. After they moved it it he asked should we take cut the box the owner said naw we don't need to. He then proceeded to move and scratch our floors. The employee asked to wash his hands before he touched our sofa and the owner didn't. That tells you that he doesn't care in many different ways. They may not etched your floors but do you want to take that chance? Oh yes we have called to resolve this and no calls back. They don't have insurance either. read more

These guy were amazing, I called them because my in-laws had used them and were very happy with them. Their price was very competitive and they offered two trucks and four people which was helpful because we had a lot of items. When I factor in the two trucks, they were the best deal in terms of efficiency. The move had a few moving parts involving 3 houses and some swapping, they did an excellent job and showed up right on time. Absolutely nothing was damaged and I noticed they were very very careful with every item. I'd HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys and will be using them for any future items/moves. This was not a BIG Move delivery; just one item from the boat arrival to our condo a few blocks away, but it was a DIFFICULT one, due to the size of the brand new sofa and the narrow dimensions of the elevators and door entries. But the "Pack Mule" team was On Time, courteous. efficient and thorough in maneuvering the item. Still, it was very nearly defeated by the obstacles. But they did not give up, and their SUPER strength and genius Owner/Manager, (Akira DeLoach) directing, got it through and parked perfectly in my living room.. We had a relatively small move, from one condo down the street to another condo, and only needed help with the heavy furniture. Not only did Pack Mule give a very reasonable quote for the job, they showed up promptly, and they were very efficient. They protectively wrapped all of our furniture, moved it with precision, loaded the truck quickly, and made sure that everything was well positioned in our new home. Had a couple of huge pieces of furniture to be moved last minute- called up pack mule delivery and these guys had an opening- they picked up and delivered right on time. We live in the second floor of a house and I was concerned the furniture might be too heavy but they handled it great and without damage to our wood floors. Highly recommend! read more

I was very impressed with these guys! They were very careful with our many fragile and heavy items, even though it was was just a move of a few miles. When my dates changed, they were able to accommodate without an issue. The crew helped us arrange our furniture in the new place, came by to pick up the boxes/wrapping materials, and even moved an appliance the next day. Best movers on the island! We do upholstery and recover canvas awnings, and they deliver all of our furniture and also awning frames that are too big for us to transport safely. They saved us multiple trips to the north shore, west side, any part of the island because they can fit a lot in their box trucks. They've also moved our whole shop! Dependable, courteous, professional, and just really nice guys. Tried other movers when Pack Mule was busy, and had bad experiences. Now we work around their schedule and will wait for them!
