Extremely poor experience with Tabby and Jacks new location in Verona!…read more Took our Samoyed in for a grooming, getting brushed out, nails clipped, and coat cleaned up. They called and said that there was some matting under the belly and in the rear end. Gave them the "go ahead" to trim up those two areas a little more. Two hours later they called and said that he was ready for pickup. Asked us to take care of payment while they go get him and bring him out to us. When he was brought out he had been completely cut off of all his coat, except for the tip of his tail, front of his head, and paws. He was trimmed up to look like a poodle! And the bill was $40 higher then what was quoted because of a "matting fee" added to the bill. The young gal who did the job apparently had absolutely no experience in double coat dogs Would not recommend them to anyone I know.

No no no!!! I took my dog here for a while and I will NEVER do it again!! The staff was friendly…read morebut TWICE my dog came home injured and nobody told me!! I understand that these things may happen from time to time (I almost expect it, they are dogs and the do play with their teeth) but I am paying these people to watch my dog I would expect them to notice him not using his leg or the puncture in his face that swelled to the size of a softball and needed medical attention!! Through this facility we discovered an obedience class housed there and we took our dog to those classes (different company just used building) doing so allowed us access to the area where the dogs are kept and YUCK! Everything was covered in urine! The smell back there was noxious. The outside area was not big enough and filled with more urine, the grass was gross. They do have a live camera you can watch you dog with. That was a huge plus!! Rarely did you see an employee however.. No wonder I eventually had to start tricking my dog to go in and why he would be so anxious and stressed when we picked him up. I will never take my dog here again and I will never suggest anyone else I know do either!!

Joan is great, she does exactly what I ask for and she's so kind too. My dog also tends to get overwhelmed in the presence of lots of other dogs so going here I great. It was a little pricey at $18 but they were conveniently located, provided everything we needed for our state of disaster (including a big waterproof apron for me), and welcomed my little mutt like we were going to a party.

Instead, an employee was sitting at a small table in the lobby .I waited about 3-5 minutes, but still, no one came to greet me, standing there I noticed to lobby was a little dirty and smelly. Decided to leave and come back another time . As I turned around, I noticed something concerning (see attached photo). I commented, "Wow, that's not safe," and the employee casually responded, "Yeah, that's been like that for a couple of months now. I hope they fix it soon." That was all I needed to decide not to come back. What really sealed it for me was learning that they board dogs overnight--with that same door left unlocked. That's a major safety concern.
