Communication was great! They had a great spot picked out that made a great backdrop for our family photos. We were so happy with the photos we got back and can't wait to share them with family and friends. The best part of our experience working with Doug was how fun he made the shoot. He was very responsive when listening to what we were hoping to achieve and found an option that fit our budget. We had a few travel and medical schedules that caused a reschedule, but he was very considerate and understanding when we spoke a few weeks ahead of time. He wore a mask for our session and appropriately socially distanced (much appreciated during COVID times with family members of all ages). He travels light, which really speaks to his ability and talent to get incredible shots, both formal and candid. Will heartily and happily recommend him to friends and family.
