I have taken them to court where the owner Mark told terrible lies from stating that my receipts are fake, stating they never diagnosed my car, and saying in court his wife Heather who is also the receptionist there no longer works there. Which is very convenient being that she is the one I had been communicating with the whole time but he is the one who showed up to court. I took my car in for a mass airflow sensor and immediately after picking my vehicle up my check engine light came back on and my AC was no longer blowing cool air. When I took it back, Heather told me they put refrigerant in and that did not resolve the issue, they put a green fluid to check for cracks and leaks and that was not it, so they narrowed it down to it being the condenser. My car was there for 2 weeks with no resolve and barely any communication unless I physically showed up there. Heather submitted to my warranty company 3 claims for the condenser yet Mark says they never diagnosed my car. Eventually, I was told there was nothing else they could do for me and to take it to the dealer. The dealer states my entire AC system is contaminated and would need to be replaced. They cannot guarantee a replacement will fix the issue. This has cost me thousands of dollars in addition to time taking them to court. They prefer to have the reputation of another crooked mechanic and had no interest in trying to resolve the issue with me. If you are ok with leaving your car somewhere for weeks with minimal communication, a liar for a mechanic, and possibly more issues with your car go to Larry's. If not, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Well it happened again, I took it to Murante Auto . Wrentec facility also replaced my rack and pinion had to bring it back due to a busted hose leaked fluid everywhere. The steering was loose it was three threads off from me losing steering killing me or somebody else. Then they offered to tow it back and fix their mistakes . I'm not going to take money from an honest mechanic(Murante Auto) . All in all these mechanics had to sign off so you're telling me all these mechanics don't really know what they're doing if they didn't catch the first thing my new mechanics caught.... I am not just bashing, this is my first negative review on any company I hate to deal with bs....I did not get nowhere with the general miniature. Maybe it was just a bad first visit but like I said I had you guys put four brand new tires on my car AC rack and pinion oil change a couple thousand dollars and I get poor quality work in return. In the meantime my brakes decided to start grinding so when I brought my car in there were additional items that needed to be looked at. He was great to work with, he helped me to understand my options particularly given my car's advanced age, and his prices were very competitive. I'm so glad I can have full confidence in my car again!

Went here for my vehicle Inspection and emissions based off other positive reviews. I wanted to…read moregive my business to a local shop than one of the chain centers. First and last time I'll be taking my vehicle here or recommending anyone to have their vehicle serviced here. Jeff passed my vehicle for emissions but failed me for the State Inspection. Didn't charge me for the Inspection (hence the two stars). The reason for the failure was that the speed rating for one of the tires didn't match the other three and below the rating that the vehicle called for. I called the shop where the replacement tire came from and they couldn't find anything in the PA State Inspection manual that would warrant a failure of inspection due to a tires speed rating. I double checked it myself and couldn't find what Jeff was referring to and Jeff didn't produce it either. Jeff didn't offer to replace the tire in question, just offered for me to go to another shop that would pass me. Failing for personal reasons and not according to the PA Inspection code isn't ethical. The other shop was willing to pass me where the 4th tire was purchased, just a hassle to have to go through all of this.

I'm grateful to the Stefko Svc Center for always treating me fairly; I've never once had the impression that I was being over-sold on something I didn't need or was being given an inflated price for any kind of maintenance. Charlie will go into detail with you as much as you'd like, regarding your vehicle's current status, next steps, things to look out for in the future, etc. Anywhere I've moved in the past, I've always just tried to find what seemed like the most reputable garage in the area. But if I move away from this side of Bethlehem, unless it's to California or somewhere far away like that, I'll still bring my car to Charlie. He is the very best.
