That's fair but when he saw what needed to be replaced it was $1000 higher than the estimate bringing it up to $2500. He didn't ask me to approve this new price. He just did the work and told me what it was after the work was done. The other thing that really bothered me was that a medallion on my key fob was missing when my key fob was returned to me.
