We took my car in for a simple bumper repair. The estimate was about 1/3 what every other estimate we had gotten(sounds too good to be true.....beware!!) The estimator seemed very kind and efficient......said he would call every Tuesday and Thursday(which he did) . He also said a calibration would be done after the work was completed. And it would not be anymore than $200 tops!!! The evening before we were to pick the vehicle up the calibration was done and the next morning we were called to pick our vehicle up and informed that the vehicle would be twice the amount of the estimate! Now we can't pick the vehicle up unless we pay twice the amount that we had originally been told at beginning. We asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently wasn't there ! Gave our number for him to call us when he got back in....the next day he did call and I missed his call. Tried to call him right back and he of course was not available! Left a message again for a call back and never got one! Beware of original estimates from this place! Once they take your vehicle in they are going to keep it until you pay what they tell you you owe which will probably not be what was estimated in the beginning! And as I said in the review I did reach out to the manager and got no response! read more

this shop is a joke. was told my car would be done the 18th (2 weeks later from drop off) went to pick up today 23rd after receiving a call it would be done today! went to pick it up as late as we could to make sure it was ready, spoke with the manager and was told still 2/3 days if not more before its ready. they blame others shops they they work with for the work not getting done and the MANAGER has no answers other then idk. I wish I could give ZERO stars to this shop. It has been nothing but problems since June and we are still dealing with it today. This was our go to shop when it was xclusive and it was amazing then, but since switching to this shop its awful. My daughters car has been back and forth 3-4 times since June. The first time was to get it fixed from a car accident she was in. When we got the car back they put two different headlights in. One was normal and one was LED. So back it went for them to fix that. Then the next time there was damage found by another shop that stated it was from the accident back in June. Insurance came out and looked and sure enough it was damaged cause by the wreck that Joe Hudson did not fix the first time it was in the shop. This is in October so it went back in for them to fix. This is where is gets bad. We pick up the car and bring it home. The next morning all the transmission fluid has leaked out in my driveway. Then come to find out its the piece that connects to the transmission, which is the cv axle and what they "fixed". Now they are saying this is not their fault and they will not fix the issue. Which is mind blowing to me. Just want to warn others. I will never use this place again nor recommend to any family members or friends. The least they could do is make their mistake right. Sorry so long but please keep this in mind when choosing a place to fix your vehicle. read more

BEWARE! Wish I could give 0 stars. Ignore the previous good reviews -- ownership has changed. Do not make the same mistake I did. You cannot rely on the estimator. 5 days after their "repair," parts of my car were falling out onto the road due to them improperly attaching my bumper in place. I came back and they "fixed" it by duct taping it back together and said that the reason for the parts flying off was because the estimator neglected to include the fender (for $735 more) on the original report. When I came to pick up the car and pay, they never mentioned to me that the repair was unsuccessful or that the car would be unsafe to drive on the highway. When asked, they said that they had absolutely no notes from the estimator about the initial state of the car or the repair work done. While working on the car, they never even attempted to contact me to let me know that the fender needed replacing. It wasn't until parts were literally FALLING OUT OF MY CAR on the road that they mentioned "Oops! Guess we should have replaced that." Codi refused to give me the number for corporate and did not allow for any refund or discount. They totally scammed me. I would have saved hundreds of dollars if I had opted to never come to this shop. Not only do I still have the same damage as I did when I first came in, I have MORE DAMAGE THAN BEFORE. After Joe Hudson's "repair," I took my car to the mechanics at Puckett's Collision Center in Edmond. They said that it would cost another $1,295.72 to fix the damage caused by this shop's negligence (i.e., the three additional parts that fell off of the car due to improper attachment + repairing the bumper and grille that fell out). This is absolutely, hands-down, the WORST experience I have ever had with a car repair place. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I am honestly surprised that this operation hasn't been shut down yet by the BBB or other regulatory entities. I am sure it is only a matter of time. The whole point of the estimate is to estimate what needs to be done to fix the car. The whole point of the shop is to FIX CARS. Not only was the estimate inaccurate, but they failed to actually fix the car and left me with additional damage that hadn't existed before. INCREDIBLY UNETHICAL. Avoid like the plague. They DO NOT stand behind their work. Once they get paid you are nobody. I've been doing business with them for years but no more! I'll go out of my way to avoid them and I suggest you do the same. The cars front end was severely damage, they made repairs. Come to find out no alignment or frame check was done. Guess what..the car is still damaged and they've been paid. Case closed. Repairs were NOT done!, only cosmetic. On a side note, I took a new Mustang GT in to have a small job done. They decided to also detail the inside of the car without asking first. Keep in mind this was basically a new car. Detail = wiping down every surface inside of the car with bacon grease. read more

I cannot speak for all Joe Hudson's Collision but this one in particular screwed me out of a lot of money. Do NOT get your car fixed here, Patrick is a professional con man and will scam you of your hard earned money. Recently I payed them to get 4000$ worth of work done, when I got my car back I was dissatisfied with the work, several things they charged me for were not completed and caused additional problems with my window and door wiring that were not present before, I politely asked for the work to be done but Patrick refused and said I needed to pay more money even tho I had a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the work they did in writing. I ended up paying thousands more to fix what he broke. Never take your car here if you care about it they will scam you out of money and your time. Nobody here has any idea on how to work on cars they just know to break stuff and charge you more money to "fix it". I'm filing a claim on better business bureau and reporting them to the attorney general for running a scam operation read more

I do NOT recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Yukon. Very poor quality work. They don't care about customer service. They don't take pride in their work. I took my truck in to have a corrective repair done for the paint job that was done there that started peeling all over. I gave them a chance to make it right. After they had my truck 30 days and called 3 times to say it was ready. Each time my truck was NOT ready. They just made excuses each time and damaged more than they fixed. After the 3rd time I took my truck before they messed up anymore. Now I have to find another reputable body shop that cares and fix what they messed up. A list of things you would think someone would take the extra time to look over before you call the customer to say "Your truck is done". For starters: 1. bumper was scratched after it was freshly repainted 2. broke the molding on cab on both sides & tried to glue it down & then epoxied it after we noticed it the first time 3. bent chrome trim on doors on both sides 4. broke lane changer camera installing back on after windshield put back in 5. Dirt in fresh paint The list is ongoing finding all they messed up and broke. I am a customer that works hard to take care of the nice things I have. They do not listen to their customers, plus when they say they will call you (the CUSTOMER) they don't instead they reach out to your insurance company more than double the estimate and cause your 100,000 mile vehicle with hail damage as a total loss. They are out to suck all the money out of your insurance company. I never leave bad reviews, but this place has the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thy had circled places with no dings, and we counted at least 10 dings on the hood and roof that were not circled. I went there because of word of mouth recommendation from a family member. After this they won't be back either. So wish I had gone somewhere else. If I could I would give them zero stars! read more

I wish I could give this place 0. I was involved in a minor fender bender on my Volvo some 3500$ of work needed to be done. Waited a month and a half to get a weeks worth of work done only to find out they didn't do half of it. The inside of the door panel was taped and glued back together and I have an SRS light on my dash, fender paint chipping, and broken window seal that they won't help me fix even though I have a 10 YEAR WARRANTY in writing for the repairs. The collision guy Patrick told me I had to file a new claim with insurance even though they didn't even finish the work the original claim had stated.I had to spend 2000$ out of pocket to correct this shops damages to my vehicle. Please save yourself time and money and go to a better collision shop. This place has costed me so much money in rentals and other repairs it's ridiculous. read more

Picked this place for an insurance repair on my 2018 Highlander because of the reviews and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they treat me well, but they remained on budget. Then the big surprise... Not only did they have the car ready and the paint looked factory, but I was shocked to find they had detailed it. I don't mean just cleaned it up, I mean DETAILED! The car is only a couple of years old, but it never looked and smelled this good! These guys are the greatest and I recommend them highly! read more

Terrible body work. Never go here. I had over 5,000 dollars worth of repair done . They left over 9 things unfinished . When I took the car back I got into a verbal altercation that was so bad my insurance adjuster advised me to leave. Things they messed up on included but not limited to.. Scratch across bumper, compound inside interior, scratch on Tint, broke back window. I have now turned them into the BBB and also advised Shelter not to send customers there. I have advised Farmers not to send customers there . Also, AAA knows about this and willing tells their customers my story and they are no longer on their referral list as well as my insurance carrier will no longer refer to this body shop read more
