I can both feel and see a difference after every session. It provides an incredibly effective workout, and I always leave feeling stronger. Blake and Sierra are outstanding trainers. They're always willing to help, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. Blake brings such positive energy every time I see him and is always happy to share his knowledge and encouragement. I've also had the best facials from Zoe. She is so gentle, and my skin always feels amazing and has a beautiful glow for days afterward. Ashley is wonderful--she's consistently kind, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She got me set up on the bike and made sure I felt comfortable and confident using it. Callie helped me get started with the sauna and was incredibly sweet and welcoming. There are so many services and wellness tools available that I'm excited to continue trying more of what they offer. I get massages every 3-4 weeks. I will get text message reminders the day before and also 2 hours before my appt only to have them cancel within an hour of my appt. This has happened 4 times within the past two months. I love my massages but this is terrible customer service. read more

I have been going to Epic Wellness NW for almost 2 years and I just have to rave again. I started my visits with Rick who does a treatment that I call Pilates with massage. He seems to just know what needs to be stretched, manipulated or just worked out and you will feel amazing. Then I found Kirsty. She does a deep tissue massage that feels like she is massaging muscles in the front of your body via the back of your body. My muscle pain does not stand a chance. And then I met Andrey. Andrey Pravda came to Medford from the Ukraine and brought some of the most amazing techniques I have ever experienced. He has so much care and concern for his patients and takes the time to really focus on your needs. I noticed they also accepted insurance so have been using them ever since. I have been getting massages for 25 years and this place is by far the best I have ever had. I've had several massages here by Travis Whalen and every time was a great experience. It can be very difficult for me to find a good massage therapist as I have a lot of pain, trigger points, and knots throughout my body, plus I am hyper-mobile which makes it very easy to overwork myself. Travis has done a great job of working my tight muscles and helping my body feel free again. For example, I've had a big knot in my neck for over 6 months now and only after a massage with him were we finally able to smooth it out and release my trigger point. He is also very communicative with what he is doing and checking in on you. Very knowledgeable about the muscles in the body and the best way to care for them. Highly recommend for anyone needing deep tissue work. Also as an added bonus, he does inner mouth massage! I know that may sound really weird to lots of people out there, but for someone who has had aching jaw pain for years it is amazing. He was able to massage a muscle that has been the main source of my jaw pain and headaches for over several years. I never thought it was possible to relieve that ache but he did it and I'm doing so much better because of it. read more
