Despite crowds, they expertly churned out ice cream sandwiches and ice cream scoops of multiple flavors (Blueberry, Strawberry, Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Birthday Cake) and numerous cookies (Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip). Our order: Snickerdoodle Cookie Sandwich with Vanilla Bean - super fresh cookie with a huge scoop of delicious vanilla bean ice cream. I'm not sure if they outsource or make their own ice cream but it's high quality. Super soft and fresh snickerdoodle Cookie. Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwich with Strawberry Ice Cream - huge chunks of strawberry and a very fresh peanut butter cookie. It's delicious! Mint Chocolate Chip with Waffle Cone - Surprisingly the ice cream looks almost like vanilla and has no trace of the radioactive green color you see in most store bought mint ice cream, but the mint flavor is strong and unmistakable as well as a perfect match for the delicious chocolate chips. They were very busy and the service was friendly. I'd be open to trying one of their more popular items on their menu or simply asking they cook mine a little longer.
