They sell not your usual souvenir shop items found around here at a good price and nice. I shopped around and wrote this review after my research. It's funny, but when I asked around these parts for recommendations as to were to go to buy things, this place was not mentioned to me. It should have been. The store has beautiful Jewelry. I especially like the copper and silver mix. You can find beautifully crafted pots, statues, bags, and much more. When in the area, this is a nice shop to visit. It's big inside. The store looks like a galary inside. The prices are fair and just to look around inside this place is a nice visit.

They have a ton of jewelry in large glass display cases. Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches, basically anything you want in any size and style you want. A lot of local stones and turquoise. They have some beautiful tables, wall clocks, and home decor inside as well. Staff were super friendly - they overheard me talking about how I'd like some tiny feather earrings and showed me some from their display. They also sized my friend's ring finger for her while she was there bc she wasn't sure her size. We had a great time inside shopping.

I called that number numerous times and could not get a person to talk too. I called Knowles back and explained the situation. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. They wouldn't help me with the manufacturer or anything. It was basically "oh well so sad" This is the second time I have had problems with Knowles. I get better service from purchasing in Grand Junction and having it delivered. Avoid Knowles. For a local business they sure don't care about their local customers.

The initial installation had a horrible seam visible the entire length of the room and had to be redone --and it was complete because we withheld our final payment. However, when we discovered that the entire edge along the tile was unraveling, and one area to a significant degree in less than a year's time, Knowles tried to blame it on "pet damage" and refused to honor any warranty. Preston (owner of Knowles) said he would contact the manufacturer, but after waiting 3 months, this had not happened. He continued to claim the unraveling was pet related, not because this unstable carpet should never have been installed against tile. When we expressed our frustration with his failure to follow through on his product, he simply hung up on us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING FLOORING BUSINESS WITH KNOWLES!!!!!

NEW LOCATION REVIEW 198 E Center St, Moab, UT 84532…read moreWe have been touring the area and go to as many thrift stores on our route and happened upon this shop as it originally did not populate when we searched for thrift stores in town. Happy to have stumbled upon it on our last morning in town. This location is in its opening stages when we visited so there is very little signage and organization at this time. There is plenty of women's clothes to choose from and my SO found the small men's section very rewarding. Clothes appear to be priced based on type of article (short-sleeve, long-sleeve, pants, etc.). I found the pants selection to be nice, jackets and coats lacking for a winter town but also... it could be different next week! That's the fun of thrift stores, you don't know what you'll find or when.

At the new location, however, prices have increased substantially. There are no longer shirts available for a dollar or two, and everything else seems to be much more expensive. In addition, it was frustrating having to go through the shirts one by one to find the right size. Nothing was organized. That said, if you're looking for prices that are still lower than those at corporate retail stores, this may be the place for you. Personally, I'd rather pay a few more dollars and buy new shirts, pants, etc. I miss the old Wabisabi.
