A month or so passes and I see that they double charged me with no past due amount, I call and ask for a refund and tell them that they constantly are messing up. Then I was told everything would be fine again. Next month rolls around and I get a bill for a past due amount of $675. I call AGAIN and ask what's going on. They said I didn't make a payment until January when I got my correct set in December. I told them they have messed up again and they denied any wrong doing and told me I was at fault. Our house is not a "dirty ass house", it's cleaned daily and we have air purifiers on both levels. 2. Neither of these men, nor anyone that works for Hard Hat has ever gone into my basement. They have no way of knowing if there are "piles of shit" down there or if the floors are so clean that you could eat off of them. If there was a problem with where we wanted it delivered to it should have been told to us when we purchased the item AND DELIVERY. 3. We paid for delivery and were told that everything was fine and paid. Him cussing about us and our house while walking in, with me right there to hear, was the first we knew that something was up. He was caught on two different cameras walking into my front door saying this. It goes without saying that we canceled the order that we were waiting on. Tonight we're talking to our oldest, whose room they took the dresser to and were left alone it to set it up for a short time. She said "I've been looking for the $10 from my room, but it's been missing since the dresser got put in. I can't find it anywhere." Huh. At the new location, however, prices have increased substantially. There are no longer shirts available for a dollar or two, and everything else seems to be much more expensive. In addition, it was frustrating having to go through the shirts one by one to find the right size. Nothing was organized. That said, if you're looking for prices that are still lower than those at corporate retail stores, this may be the place for you. Personally, I'd rather pay a few more dollars and buy new shirts, pants, etc. I miss the old Wabisabi.

Happy to have stumbled upon it on our last morning in town. This location is in its opening stages when we visited so there is very little signage and organization at this time. There is plenty of women's clothes to choose from and my SO found the small men's section very rewarding. Clothes appear to be priced based on type of article (short-sleeve, long-sleeve, pants, etc.). I found the pants selection to be nice, jackets and coats lacking for a winter town but also... it could be different next week! That's the fun of thrift stores, you don't know what you'll find or when.
