I could have assessed this house more accurately with a computer and access to the internet than they did. The effort they put in was so low. Hardly asked questions or looked at anything - took some measurements and got others from online. Do not give this company your money for their services because they will not provide you with services equal to the money you give them. They only accept checks because you won't be able to do a chargeback when you aren't happy with the service they've provided. They make no effort to ensure customer satisfaction. The written report i received could nicely be called the laziest report I've ever seen written. Looks like they took a template, deleted half of it, then added numbers they made up out of nowhere.

When they came to my home he did a thorough walk of my home and answered additional questions I had about the process.
