I scheduled for a couple months out, but when they recognized they were going to be in my neighborhood for another service, they kindly offered to move my appointment up. They showed up earlier than they anticipated arrival time, but that didn't bother us any. It was interesting to see how they had to position their large equipment in my front yard to go over my house, to remove the dying tree in the backyard! We have a fence that kept them from being able to utilize the side lot/backyard. In a matter of a few short hours, they were able to remove the dying tree and grind down the stump. Because they showed up early, I wasn't entirely prepared financially and they didn't take my PayPal credit line, which I had anticipated using for payment. After some time, we did get it worked. their experience, affordable, pricing, and attention to detail makes me comfortable recommending them. The front office lady was also super kind!
