Crawford Tree service answered my call regarding the removal of three trees. Greg came out gave an estimate sent it to me within a few days, I asked a couple questions he again responded promptly. I want to thank Victor, Shawna, John S., Rolando, Trevor, Ken and Pasema( hope I spelled the name correctly) for the great job. They removed all three trees, which I am elated about during the cold weather and removed a majority of the branches left. That was something during the cold, rain and sleet that occurred which did freeze. They even moved a grill to continue the work, contacted WE Energies for one tree removal it all went smoothly and I appreciate all the work they did. We have used Crawford Tree and Landscape for several projects these past few months! Jon was wonderful and worked within our budget. Ken and Lisdon recreated the beauty of our lannon stone walk with polymeric sand. Steve, Zach, Freddy, and Shawna did an amazing job ensuring that our drainage issue would be fixed, being sure to make everything look natural. Every crew cleaned up the workspace at the end of day, and at the end of the project. Crawford Tree obviously wanted to be sure we were happy with the work performed, and when we had some questions, the made sure to fix it how we wanted. I can post the same screenshot I sent you, Jon, regarding your sales person claiming that there was a $15 trip charge. You want to continue to dispute this? Perhaps more importantly, as a business you should try to figure out why your customer was 'disgruntled' instead of insulting them with bogus claims that they were wrong. Your sales guy said there was a $15 trip charge. You said there wasn't. Someone is lying, or just woefully misinformed. If it's your sales guy, that's embarrassing that he doesn't know the pricing structure. If its you, that's even sadder since you're throwing your sales guy and your ex-customer under the bus. It's too bad that ALCS sold to you guys, they were great to deal with. You guys? Not so much. read more

Freddy, Trayveyon & Heriberto worked together like Rock Stars! Our project included tree trimming, mulch removal around the entire house, relocating lots of perennials and enhancing a rock wall. They were extremely professional and knowledgable in all areas of the project. They treated our landscape like they were working on their own homes. We recently had Crawford do a hard prune in the dead of winter as we prepare for spring. The team of Ken , Pasqual, and Zack did a tremendous job. Very thorough in completion of the word and really did a nice job hauling away the debris and even picked up some waste that had made its way deep into the plantings. We use Crawford for everything outside the house! From cleaning out gutters, mowing the lawn, pruning and trimming bushes/trees, dealing with those pesky Japanese beetles, to repairing the bricks on our patio. You can't go wrong. Called to have work done in the fall and as we were not in a rush, got a winter deal. My silver maple needed trimming. Victor, Isaiah and Chris were friendly, smiled and did a fantastic job on trimming it up. There was not one single leaf or twig left on my grass. And you should see them climbing up the ropes in the tree...I only wish I would have snapped a picture!!! read more
