I thought he might be just trying to upsell me but he had good reasons for his choice and I went with All County and am glad I did. J.T. was very personable and so was the technician, Matthew, who put in the door. The door looks great and works well. Matthew even helped the UPS driver, who came while he was there, move a heavy box into the garage. These seem like honest, hard-working people who deserve more business.

The rollers and tension spring KGN used was miles ahead in quality ahead of my original door in which made a big difference in the noise level.
