J.T. recommended a double layer door and said I would not be happy with the other door, it was a "tin can". I thought he might be just trying to upsell me but he had good reasons for his choice and I went with All County and am glad I did. J.T. was very personable and so was the technician, Matthew, who put in the door. The door looks great and works well. Matthew even helped the UPS driver, who came while he was there, move a heavy box into the garage. These seem like honest, hard-working people who deserve more business.

My dad was a builder and used Overhead Door in Houston, I have used them in three other states, but this location and it's utter lack of responsiveness made it so I took my business elsewhere. I contacted them for specialty residential doors and left three messages with the residential sales rep and no return call. I just don't have time to chase somebody and make them take my money so as I said, I went with another vendor. I probably would've been happier with the Overhead Door product (3 frosted glass 9 foot doors). I was clear in my messages, i was asking for a quote on items worth $15k+, I left my contact information, and zero feedback. I even called the location and asked if the name I had was the correct contact for the residential salesman, was told yes, and was connected to his voicemail. I tried. I have insulated Overhead Doors on my own home. I have had to replace the remote openers and add a keypad. I ordered the products from their national online store so that I knew that I would get responsive service. So, the reason I leaving the review is because as a builder, if I have problems, dealing with a supplier, the standard homeowner will have even more difficulty.
