Basically got a concrete footer with a troweled finish that was not even even or smooth. No clean up. Called and spoke with the owner who said we could finish it ourselves as all they do is a trowel finish. Now we had a flooring company come in who said they used the wrong concrete as well. The salesperson identified the low spot in the house and wrote up a contract. The final result is that the low spot is still there and my front door will no longer open and close. They want to charge me $2000 more to fix the original low spot. The supervisor, Larry, is rude, he lies, and has no intention of resolving this issue.
