Granted, we don't use cleaners a lot at our age so it's no great loss of business to them. I have always been happy with the cleaners until now. I had a sport coat and pair of pants cleaned and it was some time ago. The pants were still in the cleaner's plastic wrap when I took them out to wear to a funeral. There was a large white spot in the crotch and I tried to wipe it of with a wet rag. It just left a wet looking circle. I took it back to the cleaners for a redo. They said it had been too long even if I just took them out of the bag. The lady said, "Sir, we have a policy." I have a policy, also. I don't trust anyone that doesn't trust me. I always assumed they would be right. Lesson learned. Inspect your clothes when you pick them up and find cleaners that trust you. read more

This establishment does not rate any stars at all whatsoever. If you value your clothing please don't let them do your dry cleaning..If you take them in as white, they will not be that when you pick them up. If you take them in as cream, off white or beige you will have spots that will not come out. And for sure the little black manager with the attitude does not have any idea how to treat customers, because it is never their fault and no compensation for how they destroyed your expensive clothing. Just more attitude. Even after going back and giving them another opportunity on less expensive clothing, dry cleaning spots every where. But again it's not anything they did to cause these awful spots to ruin your clothing. So if you value what you pay for with your hard earned money, stay away from there unless you want your clothing destroyed!! My husband used this cleaner and had several issues. Terrible service. They ruined a pair of pants and did not remove stains from a sport coat. When he tried to address his concerns, he was treated disdainfully. The manager Myesha proceeded to lecture him and acted like she was doing him a favor to fix their incompetence. My boss came into the store with pants worth $100 and they were in perfect condition when he dropped them off. Upon return to pick up his slacks we're returned to him damaged with rips caused by the press and stains. When he addressed the issue they tried to blame it on him and tried to give him a $3 credit. I'm town visiting some family. Had a shirt that got food all over it. Dropped it off with them around 530 pm, asked to get it back next day.. They said no problem. Had it ready next day cleaned and pressed. And guess what...for a whooping total of 3 bucks and change. Wow... Talk about cheap and quick service. In cali, I would pay 7-8 bucks for a shirt cleaned that quick. Did a great job on my shirt as well. Service with a smile. If I ever move back to Memphis.. I've found my new dry cleaners. If you need a dry cleaning place, give them a try. Ignore the naysayers. This place is excellent. First, their establishment is CLEAN! I know, dry CLEANers should be CLEAN but that's not the point. They keep it tidy. In addition, have you ever dropped your clothes off and wondered where they went? No wondering here. They launder and dry clean on site. (You can see their dry cleaning area behind a large glass wall.) You have your choice between laundered or dry cleaned. I dropped off 13 pieces this morning around 8:30am and received a TEXT MESSAGE at 3pm letting me know they were ready. That's awesome service. You prepay for your service when you drop them off. My 13 pieces of clothing cost me just over $37. That's CHEAP! Other cleaners have cost me $20 more for less. (Dryve Cleaners...) Drop them off by 9am and it's ready by 5pm at the latest. I've been going here since they opened and have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I hate hearing that so many people have had bad experiences! I've brought many clothes here over the years and have never had a piece ruined. I won't lie, some didn't have the stain completely removed, but to be fair those were oil-based stains that had a couple days to set in. They also do a great job on comforters, too. Mine don't fit in my washer or dryer so I have to get them dry cleaned. They come back looking the same as if you washed them. Their prices are reasonable, too. Another thing I like is they'll do minor quick fixes - like missing buttons, right in store. Plus, I've never been charged for these, not even for the time on my jeans which had to have been slightly more complicated. If you're looking for a dry cleaner, why not give them a shot? read more

Horrible, horrible company! I took my comforter in, which was very special to me as It was given to me by a family member. I got the comforter back and it was torn and had several holes that had been stitched back together that were not there before. The manager claimed that they did not have a "seamstress" and that they dont sew things there. Yeah right, I'm not stupid. He refused to reimburse me for the comforter and finally gave me $20 bucks for a comforter that costs over 60. The manager had the audacity to cuss at me and disrespect me and call me a liar when I told him this was not acceptable. I will never go back again. Horrible service, and I am not the first person who has had their stuff torn or severely damaged. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

I have been a customer of Crazy Cleaners since it first opened when the prices were crazy low like $1.79 per item (or something like that). I have had nothing but good experiences. I will say that I had a skirt returned to me once that was damaged. I didn't report it because I didn't realize it until I was ready to wear it again. I have about 50+ skirts so it was a long while before I tried to wear it again. I had only worn the skirt once so I know I didn't drop it off like that. I would have liked to have known about it but since I didn't inspect it I wrote that one off. Other than that one experience My clothes have always been ready on time and most importantly clean. If I had a spot on something I let them know in advance and they always make the spot disappear. There is one young lady that works there that never smiles or speaks but she is the exception to the rule. Most everyone else is at least friendly including the owner. I don't like that prices have crept up over the years...I think it is something like $2.79 an item. For someone like me that gets most all of my Mon-Fri work clothes dry cleaned this can be expensive considering what they used to charge. That is about $60 for two weeks worth of clothes with a 5% markup for paying with a credit card. I try to stop by the bank to get cash before I drop my clothes off but that is not always convenient when I stop by on my lunch break. I still give them 5 stars and have no plans on changing cleaners unless I find another one closer to my home that is as good and costs the same or less. read more

Worst place to work ever! I recently quit working here because of the chaotic and disorderly environment. In other places I've worked, the owner/boss did a great job of checking in with their employees and making sure that all of their needs were met. Don't expect to get that here. Shane, the owner, will walk right pass you and won't say a word. He'll even grossly critique your work behind your back. Let's move on to management. I worked very closely with both Nikki and Myesha and while Nikki was a complete joy to be around, Myesha left much to be desired. Customers would constantly get frustrated conversing with her because of her dismissive attitude and her lack of customer service. And while the front door was riddled with help wanted signs, every potential candidate would get turned around for the most diminutive things. "He has a second job," "She's in school," and "I didn't like him" are just the few reasons that come to mind. To top it all off, my last day was two weeks ago and I have yet to receive my last check. After Thursday went by, our regularly scheduled pay day, I called up there to get some sort of explanation and they informed me that instead of directly depositing my check into my checking account, they mailed it to me. I'd like to note that another employee and I resigned on the same day. She was wrongfully terminated and I, in turn, decided to resign. When she called on Wednesday, July 24th, they told her that they mailed out the checks earlier that morning. When I called on Saturday, July 27th, they told me the accountant mailed them out on Tuesday, July 23rd. She then called them back on Wednesday, July 31st, and they told her that the checks were mailed out on Thursday, July 25th, by the accountant. Each time we called, we spoke to different people. Two of them being the managers. I don't want to suspect foul play, but at this point things aren't adding up. I have often have issues here ----- lost items that they claim to know nothing about, called me a new customer when I have been there several times. My clothes often come out with the same stains I took them in with ---- I travel and don't check them until I get to my location ---- often in the winter they still had the salt stains they went in with. I have requested no crease and often get creases in my pants. Yes, they are cheap ---- and the service is cheap as well. I have often gone there out of convenience but I have finally had enough when they lost the top to my 3-piece suit. read more

Ok..let me preface by saying, I am not from the area and I travel for work. I need to have my clothes clean and most importantly I need to HAVE THEM.. I visited this establishment for the very first time, last Thursday. I dropped off a skirt suit and a pair of slacks. I came back on Tuesday and got what I thought was my order. I was told that the zipper on my skirt was damaged through no fault of theirs?? Well exactly who's fault is it.. I left it with them with an intact zipper.. The manager offered to have it repaired, with some cost to me?? HUH?? I declined and advised that I would not pay..he, I guess, realized that I was not about to fall for the okie doke. He then said he would send it out, and absorb the cost, since I was a new customer. yeah right.. So I go to pick it up, today.. not only is their computer system down..and it took 15-20 minutes to tell me that my skirt was not there/back from alterations. I will go pick my skirt up, hopefully on Monday. Then NEVER EVER AGAIN. read more

As far of the service itself is inconsistent as far as quality they damage shirts on every other batch of clothes and will bot acknowledge instead try to blame it back on their customers at their website. Crazy Cleaners destroyed my $200 suit pants zipper and refused to cover the $17 to fix it. In the same batch of clothes, they put a staple through my blouse. We brought the clothes back and were very nice, but the owner himself came out, was very rude and demeaning, and told us basically that he would not fix it, even when I explained that I gave them the pants unzipped and they returned them zipped up with a hole in the zipper. Don't take your clothes here, 2 out of 13 of my pieces I dropped off were ruined. From other reviews I've seen online, it sounds like the owner is rude to everyone and lacks any type of customer service tact. He lost a family worth of monthly business with us for a measly few bucks and an ego. read more

Not what it used to be. Prices are higher, and quality is not as good. Recent visit was still decent price for quality work. However, an item was returned with the same stains on it that it had when it was dropped off. It was one of a dozen items left for cleaning, and the others came out okay. But when I got the top back, I realized the freshly ironed blouse still had the stains. I also realized I had been charged for a dress, not a long blouse. I did not take it back because I needed to wear it. So I cleaned the blouse and ironed it. And I am no longer a customer. read more

I took a very nice shirt to have it cleaned. When I went to pick it up, the sleeve was almost torned completely off. Management said it was because I had it cleaned so many times, which was not true. For the trouble they gave me a $5 store credit, instead of apologizing for destroying my shirt and at the minimum give me the fair value for the shirt. They simply refuse to do the right thing. I've been a customer for over 10 years and instead of taking ownership for their mistake, they give me a $5 store credit. Now I'm an ex customer! read more

Don't waste your time & money on this business. The owner was the rudest person and has no concept of customer service. I arrived at 9:50am to drop off cleaning that I requested back by noon or 2pm the following day - I was informed that the cutoff time was 9am. I asked for an exception and she went to the back to ask, returned to tell me no. I asked for the manager and was informed the owner was busy. I waited and when he finally arrived, he informed me that I was too late and he was busy. I asked if he could please make an exception and he kept speaking over me. I asked if it mattered to him that he might lose a customer and he rudely dumped my clothes on the floor and told me to leave. I had read negative reviews online before going here and wish now that I had listened rather than have such a negative experience of my own. I will not return to this business - I went to Dryve Cleaners and they were willing and able to honor my request. That is probably why they are so successful! read more
