Now trying to register it is a nightmare. Oil leak, tires oversized that they were rubbing wheel wells. I had to fix oil leak myself and put brand new tires as they wouldn't help me at all with it. I paid cash but took over 2 weeks to get any sort of receipt or title for it (was delivered by 2 very unprofessional people with no paperwork). Speaking up 3 different people about issues I was assured they'd speak to the general manager to see what he was willing yo do for me. No responses.

In October, I took my 2024 Subaru Outback in for its first interior detail because I wanted it cleaned up for a road trip with my husband and sister. Immediately after picking up my vehicle, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. My car could not properly shift into park or drive, and multiple warning systems were malfunctioning. I contacted Fabulous Freddy's right away and was told to report it to management. What followed was over a month of back-and-forth trying to get the issue resolved while being without my car and still managing a full-time job and daily responsibilities. When Subaru inspected the vehicle, I was told it appeared the center console had been heavily saturated with water, to the point that the vehicle's computer system was damaged. Prior to the detail, the car had been functioning completely fine. While I did purchase the car used, I had driven it regularly and taken it through car washes many times without a single issue. What was especially frustrating was the lack of accountability. I was ultimately only reimbursed for part of the repair costs, despite the damage occurring immediately after the detailing service. At a certain point, I felt pressured to accept the partial reimbursement simply because I could not continue going without a vehicle. At the same time, I believed I had accidentally left my wallet in the car during the detail appointment. I contacted Fabulous Freddy's shortly after and was told they did not have it. After searching everywhere and assuming it was gone for good, I was unexpectedly contacted 7 months later by a newly hired employee who told me they had found my wallet. When I picked it up, the cash that had been inside was missing. This entire experience has honestly been incredibly disheartening. What should have been a simple car detail turned into a month without transportation, expensive repair issues, ongoing stress, and now a wallet that was apparently sitting there for months with missing cash inside. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a service business.

I called Glen's, they got me in right away. (I ran down the street and had some Greek donuts while I waited) Everyone was nice. The price was fair. I loved it! I'm not giving them a 5 star on looks, but they did me right - thanks!
