They sell low price ink tanks that have worked with my Canon printer in the past. Opposed to being charged $25 a tank, it's $10 per tank. I save major money coming here. There's parking in the parking lot for the liquor store. Even though it says no parking, I'm in and out in 5 minutes and my car is not towed lol. I highly recommend this store for your ink and printer needs. I came in with a broken printer too. The ink tank was blocking the carriage from moving properly. Yaniv fixed it without a fee! Yay. Great pricing! Great alternative to overpaying those printer companies with their razor blade theory of business . Buy two of their so-called "Genuine" replacements often cost half (or more) of the initial cost of your inkjet printer. They continue to skirt around the spirit of not using so-called "dynamic security program" by freaking you out with warnings not to use alternatives when they work perfectly well. This is a funny Story.... I was at Office Depot picking up supplies I order online, when a customer who was next to me saw I was about to purchase ink. He and his son pulled me aside and told me about Crazy Inkjets. The told me that the ink cost much less, but the quality was still the same. I asked did he have problems with the printers not working with the ink, because of the new chips on the cartridges. He told me no that Crazy Inkjets stands behind their product. Man do they ever. So I walked in today and purchased two black ink cartridges for my Epson XP 640. Well, at first it wasn't working. So I went online and followed all the steps recommended and it still wasn't working. So I called CrazyInkjets and told them the steps I followed and that it was not working. Come to find out the ink was packaged in the wrong box. Now this is where they will have a loyal customer for life. When we discovered I had the wrong ink, they drove to my location and replaced the ink for me and stayed to ensure the printer recognized the replacement ink. That is customer service! I'm a big fan of 1) making environmentally-conscious choices and 2) good customer service, and this place offers both. 5 stars to Crazy Inkjets for offering great options for ink and taking care of your customers. We went in looking for cartridges for my HP ENVY 4520, and they had a great deal that was buy 3 cartridges, get 1 free, so we got 2 combo color and 2 black cartridges for $55 - a steal compared to full price. When we tried them on my printer, the refurbished cartridges weren't registering, so we brought the ink back along with my printer to test it. The cartridges might have been faulty, but regardless, the owner of the store helped us test all 4 cartridges that we purchased. Only 1 color and 1 black cartridge worked, so he gave us those back, and offered to mail me 2 replacement cartridges that he had to order to replace the ones that didn't work. I gave him my address and got the cartridges in the next couple of days. Excellent customer service, will be back to purchase more ink and bring my old ones in for recycling for $1 off my purchase! read more

I called in and asked if they had my ink for my Brother 5250DN. Since my printer is older I wasn't sure if they would have it. They did so I went to the shop. I was greeted and processed. What a great shop, right there in Woodland Hills next to the Ameci's. The owner and his colleague were very friendly and informative. I learned about what is up and coming in the ink/toner world which was very interesting and even about the integrity of my machine that I thought I was ready to replace but not after talking with the shop. They cleaned up my drum and assisted me with the ink. The price was incredible and the service A+. What a great experience. Crazy inkjet is by far the greatest and lowest priced printer ink store hands down! They actually have a factory in chatsworth where they manufacture the cartridges witch is how they can offer such low prices. The cost is always at least half the price of any major office supply chain, I have saved so much money thanks to them. The staff is extremely helpful in not only finding the proper cartridge I need and they also suggested some print settings that make the ink last twice as long! I was so impressed I gave them my email and on major holidays they send me coupons for 12% off the already super low price, does it get any better! Oh my! We found this place by chance and found out they have AWESOME prices on ink! Instead of spending $30- at Staples for a single black cartridge (my Epson drinks ink...) I found them at Crazy Inkjets for $9! I think the prices vary per type of cartridge, so please call ahead and they'll help you price yours. TIPS: When you stop by, bring your old cartridge to recycle and save a buck. (Yes, then it's $8! WOOHOO!) The techs there are also very cool, I found out that my Epson drinks so much ink because it does 3 passes over each page to print...and that I should change my settings to conserve some. Nice tip! I've been coming here well over a couple years now. What I like is that the ink product, first for a Brother, then for my new Canon, has been about 99% 'just fine" - and the one replacement cartridge I bought that wasn't the store exchanged straight across for a new one. Secondly, I take my empties here. I get "banked" credit toward the purchase of new ink cartridges. That blows the socks off any discount pricing Fry's or Staple's tries to match. When I mentioned about a month ago that Staples offered me a great deal on a package of all the colors and black + the bigger black cartridge - the store offered to do one even better! These owners do what it takes to keep their customers returning. STREET PARKING - PREPARE One small negative beyond their control - if you have a walking disability and park on the street in front of their place, that deep step "up" is a WOW. Be prepared for that. Plan to grab hold of a meter or something. It's the steepest step up I have seen almost ever. GETTING BACK TO VENTURA BLVD... The easiest I find if you find that you are in heavy traffic, is to make the first right just past their business. Then go to the end of that very long block, and go right again. Then go to I think it's the next street - look down it - you can see the traffic light - and make another right. (Might be two blocks up) - anyway, head down to the light to help you make a lefthand turn to get back to Ventura Blvd. Anyway - it's worth the drive a few blocks off the boulevard for great product and service. I was a little skeptical at first because I was always under the assumption that if you didn't buy tonor directly from the printer's manufacturer, you were getting an inferior product that would only last 1/4-1/2 as long and possibly damage your machine. After getting fed up paying extreme prices for toner on a color laser printer, I decided to give Crazy Inkjets a chance. Let me tell you, I couldn't be happier! My toner lasts LONGER than what I was getting before (from staples or Brother directly), the cost is less than half what I was spending and the quality is absolutely phenominal!!
