I shopped around a half dozen different tool makers, seeing about having a custom logo steel stamp made. Most either couldn't do it, or never got back to me. First stamp I had made by a Midwest company arrived with embarrassingly poor craftsmanship. The lettering was so sloppy and illegible, as if literally carved by hand! I had initially gone with this other company because they were cheaper, and because of some of the off putting negative reviews here about Infinity. Well, bottom line, Infinity delivered me an excellent product. Had to go back and forth several times over proof revisions because of their House font conversion requirements, but my stamp came out perfect, exactly like the approved proof. Easy to work with and the specifications were exactly as sent. Proofs were true to size and the associate, Jesse was very nice and courteous. The price is a little steep compared to some others but from what I've found its middle of the road. I'll have to see about the longevity of the stamp. The type of stamp was used for .999 fine silver. They came back with recommendations and reservations with the design. After some discussion of the material I'd be dealing with they approved of the use. Just be clear of your size and print out on paper to make sure of the sizing is accurate. They prefer line art over negative space but it really depends on the material. Good service, accurate information. The dies do what they are supposed, now I just have to get better at stamping evenly. The stamp might not look perfect if you get a hand stamp and can't hit straight. If you hit too hard you get a double strike, too soft you get a weak strike, off center you get uneven image. The turn around time is stated as 10 business days after proof but I received mine in 9 business days. I would consider ordering again for the more intricate designs. Overall a good experience and recommended by a friend for stamping silver ingots. The only thing I'd recommend is a coupon code for repeat buyers. ;) read more

Love the quality of the tool I received. There was a miscommunication with the original order and they shipped me a replacement immediately without asking a single question. I live in the other side of the country and I received it within a few business days. Mark is the best. I have never used any of these tools but they come with very clear instructions so I opened the package and got straight to stamping! Super strong tools too. My logo came out so nice. In the past, I had bought two custom stamps from these guys and they were of good quality and they arrived on time. So why 1 star? Because I visited them to ask some advice about another stamping solution I needed and they advised me, correctly to purchase hand-held kit. I assumed, incorrectly, that their pricing was competitive. It is FAR FROM THAT. They charged me $494 for a kit, made by Pryor (England) WITHOUT a hand holder, that is available from other online retailers for $427 WITH A HOLDER! Infinity's price with the holder is north of $525! I would have been fine with Infinity being around the same price as other retailers, but the idea that they are over $100 bucks more is ridiculous. This is an item produced by a separate manufacturer, Infinity is doing NOTHING to add any value and their prices are just absurd. When I called them, they told me they don't know about other retailer's prices. That is also ridiculous. So I am out of luck and ripped off by at least $100. I will never be buying from Infinity again, I would suggest you look elsewhere or be prepared to overpay with these guys for absolutely nothing. read more

As mentioned in a previous review, They changed the size of the stamp without letting me know. I work on miniatures so requested a 3/16" stamp. Went through the design process with them and somewhere along the line they changed the size to 3/8". When I received the stamp 2 weeks later, It was TWICE as big as I had ordered- Completely useless to me. I contacted them and they keep saying that I agreed to their suggestion of the larger size when I have read through every correspondence we had and nowhere is it suggested that I use a larger size. They refuse to correct it and now I'm out the money and have a useless stamp. Would not suggest using them as they will try to rip you off and blame you for it. read more

We had been searching for a custom die cast stamp for quite sometime and found infinity stamp through Google. They were very knowledgeable and understood what we needed done. This is an absolutely terrible place to shop. I got a branding iron that started falling out before the year was over. The process of trying to figure out if it's something that's covered by a warranty is crazy. It's been making phone calls for weeks, sending pieces away, taking photos and sending those. It's been multiple weeks since I started this process and after paying to get a loaner and have it shipped from the company to replace the piece I was having problems with, they now want me to pay to send the branding head that screws into the piece and works fine. This is to find out if they even cover the broken piece under warranty. So why did I pay to get this loaner if they now need the head branding head as well? I do a lot of shipping and customer service and this is the worst company I've ever worked with. read more
