Actually, he set me up in a room, so I could go through my tapes first and see what was what and then I could label for the tapes, etc. My experience was top-notch service. If you want to deal with local people who take an individual interest in your project, these are your guys. If you're in a hurry, these are your guys. You do have cheaper alternatives on the internet, but your tapes will go to India and won't come back for a couple of months. Sound and Vision Media offers an entirely different experience, and I am very happy I found them.
