I worked with Pano to get my fiancé's engagement ring made. I had a custom concept that I wasn't sure would be possible at first. I had a pair of consultations where we sat down and discussed what the ring would look like with a sketchpad. I was quoted numbers that were in my budget, and I picked the ring up a month and a half later. Pano had told me that he would need to do some amount of custom work on the ring, but when I arrived he told me that he found out later he needed to make the ring from scratch, and that he should have quoted me about 50% more expensive. I still paid my original price, so to make up for it, here's a review. Wow. I walked into Kosmima this fall because they carried the same designer as my engagement ring (which is hard to find). Pano sat down with me and my fiance and educated us about proper craftsmanship and quality. As soon as we walked out of there on day 1 we knew we wanted Pano to design my wedding band. A couple months later I walked back into the store and sat with him as he sketched up different designs and showed me examples. I knew what I wanted in my head but couldn't really articulate what I wanted. I have to admit I was nervous as he was designing the band. It was hard for me to feel 100% comfortable spending money on something I never actually saw. BUT wow....Not only did he design what I wanted, but the quality is sooooo much better than I had ever imagined it would be. It is absolutely stunning. I wanted a ring that you wouldn't be able to find in any of the box stores, and I definitely ended up with a quality, one of a kind ring. Anyone who is looking to design your own jewlery - i HIGHLY suggest Kosmima. He will listen to you and design a beautiful piece that is your style. On top of having a fabulous wedding ring, he also fixed my engagement ring after a small diamond popped out of it and replaced it for free. We did not buy the engagement ring there, but wanted to fix it for me because I was a customer.
