He was very apologetic & asked me to give him the chance to make things right because that's what Pacific Bay Lending Co. is all about he said, they care for their customers. I initially got her business card from my real estate broker, Douglas Kim, who recomended that I work with her. However, I shopped around. I pinned every broker and their cost against one another, working down my due deligence list. I actually found another broker that came lower in cost but they couldn't get me a loan due to high debt to income ratio. I knew this was going to be a tough fight. I decided to go with Susanna for two reasons - she came highly recommended by my agent who has made name for himself in helping people buy and sell homes in Fullerton, specifically in Amerige Heights. And another reason is that she was willing to lower her fees to work with me. I am so thankful that I got to meet these two people. I purchased a home that I didn't think I could have before. Despite having multiple offers in the same property, some with higher bid, my agent Douglas was able to get our bid in first place. This is a short sale property and the bank wanted 30 day escrow. Susanna really pulled it off with making every little adjustment in my portfolio to get the loan approved, with amazing rate! There were a lot of conditions put on by the lender but Susanna was very good in negotiating and that helped us to close the escrow on time. When I look back, I am just amazed how things have worked out for me and my family and I cannot thank these individuals enough. I give them my five stars.
