Giovann has been unresponsive since I placed my order on September 15th, 2023. In the images you can see multiple of my attempts reaching out with no response. Today is November 19th, 2023. I have called and left voicemails requesting a call back or email response. I understand business can get busy but not responding to any emails from paying customers is unacceptable. I am not concerned about arrival time for my order but I am concerned if anything will arrive at all. Do not do business with Cre8, they are too good to be true. Got my package and everything about it came out wrong, from the three types of quality shirts they sent and not having no puff font which I paid for... each shirt is super thin quality, I paid for nextlevel3600 and I requested "peach" color font & red on camo shirts, also I sent a examples & samples Paid for some detailed black and yellow shirts and they are extra thin no thickness and it feels if you wash the shirt the whole paint will fade, also I waited 3 months for my order after they said they will have a turn around with 2 months. They will tank your release date and company they are beyond terrible. Run around, after you pay they disappear and it feels like the business is a front for what kind of real business they are doing. I wanted to leave a review about my interaction with the business owner on November 29th. I placed an order for a few shirts for a private event 24 pieces total. Simple print with our own design. I was supposed to pick up my order Wednesday before Thanksgiving and couldn't make it in time. I needed the shirts by Friday morning . I contacted them by email and got an immediate response, I was hoping to be able to pick them up myself but Giovanni the shop owner offered to drop off my order in Sacramento. Worst company i've ever dealt with. Shady business practices. No communication. Broken promises. Poor fulfillment structure. Took me 8 months to get my order. I was told other orders were more important. Refused to refund me. Didn't order the pieces for my order for 8 months they said they were still waiting on pieces. Then sent me whatever they wanted to send me. Order was %85 incorrect. Wrong colors and sizes. And they printed incorrect sizes on the clothes to cover up the fact they didn't have the correct pieces. Less than half the clothes fit properly. AVOID this company at all cost. These headaches were the worst investment I made all year. I'm happily taking this loss to avoid having to talk to them ever again. My shirts took forever to make. They say 3-4 weeks but we ended up waiting another week. On top of that when we called to pick up they stated they're ready. We drove all the way out to Stockton from San Jose early morning to find out they would not be done until the end of the day. Not okay! Company appears to be able to design your product however after you pay them in full they do return your calls regarding your product it caused me to miss a major dress rehearsal for a Mothers Day event kids put together to honor their Mothers and I still have not received my product after ordering it and paying in full a month and a half before the event. First off let me start by saying I've never written a yelp review before. I hate to say this because I know how hard it is to run a business and issues always come about. This is by far the WORST, ABSOLUTE WORST t-shirt printing service I've ever experienced. LONG story short, if you are a clothing brand, avoid this printer like the plague. Your customers will not be satisfied with the quality. Spend extra money and print your shirts at Family Industries, EverybodyWorld or DTLA print. If you're a mom and pop shop, or giving shirts away for free then sure, go for it. They ship extremely late, the screens and ink are TRASH and they package the shirts terribly. The fact that my order even got through quality inspection is a JOKE, as if I would accept these shirts and not say anything about it. There were stains, the screens were off-center, the ink was distributed TERRIBLY. Out of 24 shirts, 3 were BARELY sellable.....3! They are currently running an IG ad campaign targeting brands, claiming to be a lower cost, high quality option. The latter is false. Pay more at a better shop. This shop is a joke and they should close their doors until they understand what it means to provide a quality product and service. read more

Where to begin... There's a massive lack of communication, we've received 1 call, not including the 12 we made to them. With every call we made, a different due date is given literally, every single call. A few days ago we called, again, to be told it will be done the next day only for that next day to be told they haven't started. This lack of communication, trust, effort and initiative is undoubtedly the most awful part of this establishment. Currently we are one month past the original due date ever given, causing our special event to be pushed back at very least 13 times. Kinda of disappointed in the my final product that I received. I was actually recommended here by a family member because of pricing and quality they provided. My finished products were low quality compared to other designs printed by them. Also the type of shirts given to me for women's are way oversized. A small fits like a medium almost a large so now my sizes are all messed up. Original time frame given for turn around was "7 business days" I received items also 3 weeks later. Instead being able to pick up like I originally planned they shipped my items which was a 10 mins drive for me to just pick up from the shop. Don't plan on returning. read more

It's like a voice recorder the way they say the exact same thing every time I call. This is sooo unprofessional. I ordered in April thinking I would be just in time for my summer collection. Don't communicate very well with customers. I've ordered from them before and turnaround time was 5 weeks for 48 items. I received no mock-ups, but I will say they did do a great job. I would not mind if they communicated regularly and answered emails. I went ahead and ordered with them again and it's been 2 months I've waited on 24 items. AWESOME SERVICE AND GREAT WORK!! I have had the gentlemen at CRE8 do a few jobs for me and have had a good experience every time. Giovanni in particular has great talent in design. CRE8 designed our logo for the Stockton Chapter of the Ducks Unlimited (a non-profit organization) and donated much of the design work. They have also done a few jobs for me personally. They were able to get the work done quickly and hassle free, not to mention the quality of work is second to none in the area (my shirts came out better than expected). I placed a order and explained the ins and outs of what I wanted. I was sent a invoice and paid, then after the guys realized they did not put all the charges, forced me to make another payment after my money was dispersed elsewhere, which pushed our order back. After, they took a very long time to print our 30 shirts, and allegedly shipped with UPS close to thanksgiving. After not recieving my package after a week i continuously followed up and was endured multiple times they would be reprinted and resent in two days. So, this is a joke of a print shop, first of all, I have no clue why they assume there helping anybody create a brand, they work is done with little to no love or quality, I only used them because it looked good on IG and I thought they would have good pricing.. well to my own disappointment after I unloaded my pre purchased product, I was then hit with an invoice of charging me 9.00 per piece to print... I had 41 pieces... you do the math... I sent him one file which was not vectored... my graphics guy then sent me the vectored file and I sent it right over to Giovanni the owner, who then assured me he would get it to his guys, after that I then had to wait 2 weeks and I had to call them to see if my order was ready... when I get there, not only is my brand in these cheap horrible Polly bags he charged me a dollar a piece for, but then he used the wrong file... I asked for a discount, he wanted to negotiate, then blamed me for picking the wrong material for screen printing, isn't it your job to know what will print well and what won't... and. Ow as of today, while I'm trying to sell my products, I noticed I'm missing several pieces to the matching outfits, I have 2XL hoodies with no 2 XL pants... I was so irritated with them I just grabbed my stuff and left without counting or looking thru it myself... don't ever use these people if you want quality... oh and I found all kind of weird stains on one sweat suit... I found out later also that he charged me double what people should pay for screen printing when bringing in there own garments... he's selling You a Bentley dream with a Honda Civic engine... don't believe his IG ads, I asked about DTG, he didn't even want to do it, he was discouraging me from it... basically because it wasn't enough money in it for him... I'm guessing 90% of the people on here saw him on IG... don't believe the hype... in business your gonna take a loss, I'm glad it was early and for a few hundred instead of a few thousand... he would have definitely got me for it if I let him... read more

I waited 12 weeks for my order when was told 2-3 week turnaround. Not only that was consistently told a shipping time but each time never was shipped. Was lied to multiple times, from here missed two events due to this. Finally when i received my work it was discoloration on almost all of my logos no logo had the same color. Then was told that they noticed the logo wasnt vectorized and how it was going to look but instead of communicating that to me that quality was extremely bad before the work they dont and go forward with the work seeing that the quality is terrible and sent out order to me. I don't know how it passed inspection. When asked Giovanni said he inspected so don't know how he approved this work. How do you send a idea to a manufacture and they dont deliver i could have done this myself for this kind of quality. This what we pay whats suppose to be professionals for. Then they tell me no refunds or exchanges. But had me pay for half the new garments and said he would cover the other half and blamed me partially. Not only was it discoloration. The placements were off. Original order was from March 26th received end of June. Then with the corrections did not receive until mid August and ONLY sent the portion that i had to pay for AGAIN and only was able to order 12 of two items because they wanted to charge me more money for corrections and only wanted to cover for 2 of the 4 items that needed to be fixed. when each item was suppose to be 24. I had to keep calling and calling when i was ensured that full order would be sent out together to find out he never told the workers to do the order he was suppose to cover. It gets better the 2 orders of 12 one of the pieces was missing a whole print on the pocket of all of them. And both of the pieces were missing the tags. So had to send back the hoodies AGAIN. Then when they sent whole order out missed two deadlines again to receive and the logo on my white crewneck is a whole completely different complexion then my logo that i sent them. Its suppose to be a brown kid and half of the logos are white or reddish skin. the skin tones are terrible. Half cant even sale. on a couple pieces due to this. Not only that only ONE out of 5 pieces had hemtags on as asked from March-Sept the Quality of this work is trash. Luckily its bearable to sell some. But for a first time use for my first clothing line drop this was a terrible experience. And the owner Giovanni whole have the audacity to get upset and irriatated with me for calling so much because they would lie on the time frames and work. I wouldn't suggest ANYbody do business with them. Oh yea and after promised would be received by a deadline for the 100th time. I had no choice but to expedite shipping which they made ME pay half for again when i shouldn't have had to pay dime. And to expedite after a month of waiting they used that as an excuse not to put the hemtags on saying was not enough time to go to seamstress. This company is a joke. read more

I attempted to use those service to complete an order for a design I created. I submitted the order design and a personal mock up I created. I called after a week went by and I got no email or a phone call regarding the design approval process that's noted on the site. They advised the process takes several business days and I should heard something after a few days. a week later the package arrived with no tracking number or follow up email confirming the design or if the order was processed. When I called to ask how it was processed and shipped without confirmation I was advised by the owner I can pay for the order again and then they will follow the correct confirmation process. No customer services was provided after the incorrect order was shipped out. I provided my own design and how I wanted the design but it was ignored and they shipped out what they wanted. Just be mindful when you meet someone that all about money and not the customers that use the services. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I submitted 2 designs online through their site I never received a mock up or was given a chance to confirm the placement and dimensions of my design. They didn't follow the instructions sent with my submission and just threw the graphics on there however they felt. They never contacted me to inform me of the potential inconsistencies of my order(color, placements, dimensions all inconsistent). I paid for express production and shipment still had to wait months before they even started my order (now I'm stuck with a box of low quality shorts and short sleeve tees in the winter). I called for a refund and wasn't able to get one on the order or the "express shipping". My order was so trash I had to pay my manager back out of my pocket and we're using the shirts as a give-away item in our holiday food drive for the homeless. I'm not even the yelp review type of guy this feels real Karenish. But hopefully it'll save you from getting finessed . You'd be better off using a site like printful.Com vs going with them tbh....
