A mom and Pop that's not so mom and Pop. Being of an older generation I didn't think places like this existed anymore. Good old fashion honest work with integrity and a fair price (not to be confused with cheap). I expected this to be similar to other graphics shops I have used; Capable of making a few shirts or hats and having some fun. These guys can do everything! Larger volumes are never a problem. Creative Vision Printing is definitely the place to go if you need shirts made. They are very communicative and make sure that your orser is correct. They also were lenient with me as when you order, they normally would like you to purchase the shirts they provide. But in my circumstance, I bought my own shirts and needed them done immediately. Expecting a good experience with this company if there was a zero rating that's what I would give . I placed a large order for a company, sent logo proofs As requested and expected the colors to match . Two weeks later I pick up the order and the colors did not match. I expected CVP to fix the problem since it was an error on their part and instead the owner place the blame on the customer. Very rude Service and would not acknowledge it was their mistake. The owner said he is the one who approved the color match when it was mixed, I explained that he approved the wrong color and offered to show him emails that were exchanged showing the color requested for the business logo. I thought he would re-order the shirts/ jackets but he refused to and stated "I've already bent over backwards for you " by giving a refund. But I would have much rather the shirts/jackets be re-ordered with the correct color. I explained that if they could not match the color they should have reached out to me for approval but they did not do that. Staff making comments while I was exiting the store . Awesome customer service! Everyone was so easy to work with. Was looking for a place to make custom tshirts with my boys' football team name on front and customized with player names and numbers on the back. Found Creative Vision Printing here on Yelp and made initial contact with Len through Yelp's messaging feature. I provided him with an example of what we wanted on our shirts and an approximate quantity to be ordered. He gave me an estimate of the approximate cost. The next morning my husband and I stopped by the shop and spoke more in detail about what we wanted. We decided on a screen printed design on various types of tops - regular tshirts, baseball jerseys, camo shirts, and women's jersey type shirts. (They have a catalog you can look through with a ton of different options of apparel to pick from.) Everything turned out even better than we expected! The whole process took only about a week and a half, but that depends on how quickly you approve the proofs and/or if there are any changes to be made. The people here are amazing. I ordered my Wedding invitations from them and I couldn't be happier!!! From the minute I walked into the door Elva (the women at the desk) welcomed me and assisted with drawing out what I wanted. I emailed pictures of my colors and examples of the invitation I wanted. She responded the same day and had proofs for me to look at very quickly. The owner was very nice and the prices were Soooooo reasonable that I ordered my RSVP card, registration card and both envelopes with my address printed in them for less if he price I would have paid for just my invitations elsewhere.
